    When I was younger I played football in an all boys team, i was the only 'girl' I wasn't out yet as trans, but I changed in the same changing room as them, and all of them didn't mind changing in front of me, and walking around in only boxers, at the time I had a flat chest since I hadn't hit puberty yet, but I remember feeling part of the team, and happy, even though I didn't even know what transgender was back then. After the football matches we would shower, but I didn't shower there I showered at home, and the boys would shower there, some of them would walk into the shower when I was there, obviously their back facing me, they didn't really care that their bottom was showing to me, which when I think about it now was weird, but I wish it was like that now, currently I have stopped football as a team because I was forced to join a girls team for a short period of time, and I was so uncomfortable, I didn't want to change with them, and I didn't have any friends and I just in general dont like being around so many girls at once, hopefully when I turn 16 I will get T and when I turn 18 I really want top surgery, and after that I hope to join a mens football team again :) thanks for telling us your story mate!

    If I had not come to this channel knowing you were trans, I would’ve thought you were a cis man! You are amazing and very inspiring.

    I am proud of you to get through your fear and out of your comfort zone and do what makes you happy and I am glad you had in awesome experience while being in the men’s locker room for the first time and being with all the guys and it’s hard to transition from being with all girls to just all men now and it take some time to adjust to the new lifestyle and I am just proud of you harry love you 💚🧡

    I’m a young transgender man (12) sometimes I pass actually which is good; went in the men’s room a couple times not locker room just bathroom but I started using woman’s again cause my mom makes me (over protective) I don’t feel safe yet to go in the men’s locker room until I’m older like 18 or so;I have a Y member ship but I get so scared to use the woman’s cause of passing somewhat well as a boy

    I think it's not necessary to say that you're transgender. If you feel like a man just say proudly I AM A MAN! From the top of your lungs

    When I was in HS we had some boys sneak in and video record and take pictures of myself and one other girl. We were showering and the girl next to me screamed because she saw them. It changed me for the rest of my life. I'm in my mid 40's now and still have issues with vents, broken window slats etc..anywhere a peeping tom could use to watch. It changed me and it makes me so angry that the government doesn't care about biological women. If we can't protect each other, then what are we doing? Shouldn't that be the main priority?

    • @HarrisonBrowne24
      @HarrisonBrowne24  Před rokem +1

      Cis men/cis boys were doing that not trans people. Trans people are not “peeping toms” we are human beings that have the right to access spaces to simply go to the bathroom or change in peace just like you.

    A trans women(with male parts) can say they are uncomfortable in the men’s room, But a biological women are not allowed to say they are uncomfortable with Man in there locker room seeing them undressed, why are their discomfort being ignored.

      See I would agree that they shouldnt expose their pre op parts but honestly have fun trying to legislate them out of the bathroom. I do support trans rights but personally I think this goes beyond a transgender issue, its really a privacy issue that begs the question, why is anyone, trans or not, forced to change in the open among strangers, regardless of their gender? It seems like a step in the right direction is including stalls for people to change in or privacy curtains in spaces like this. People blow this issue way out of proportion imo. I agree with you in some sense, but I also dont think that legislating trans people out of restrooms or locker rooms are the answer either, especially if they have transitioned well and are passing. Theres just no way to regulate that in the real world, and its the wrong angle to approach from because it just targets trans people instead of finding real world solutions for everyone.

    @bighardtop Před 4 lety +3

    No, you don't belong there. Your "choice" does not invalidate the other players' right of choice whether you should be there or not. The fact you don't take other people into consideration shows selfishness.
