It's nice seeing Nathan more often in the videos. Oh, I hate to put him.or you on the spot, but would he be willing to do a video showing us how he makes his broccoli? I totally agree with you about growing flowers. They bring me just as much joy as the vegetables and herbs do!

This video warmed my heart. The love that Jessica always poured into that garden and now you have it and will continue to grow, literally. .The garden is so full of life. You have so much passion in what you do and it shows and it’s contagious. You’ve also increased my knowledge as well, thank you. I started small this year and will continue to evolve and grow. Thanks for all the encouragement and inspiration Jill.

I deal with tons of weeds in my garden, and found nut grass can be removed by giving it a jiggling twisting motion to loosen the soil from the roots. I don’t have to dig and they pry out so much better without breaking down in the soil.

Couple of flowers to try: white finch orlaya, chocolate daura, Fama White Scabiosa, (and snapdragons can handle light freezes). Also the love in a puff vine is a nice drapey complement to a bouquet, especially when it has its balloon like pods. Also great for added texture is a foliage plant with reddish or purplish leaves.
