I wanted to install a new filter and did all the steps advised in this video, still it would not allow water to go through, and it simply tried to get some coffee out of it. Filter would not work whatever I tried. The booklet is also a nightmare to interprete, mixing up languages, and when calling the service, they do not have the booklet of the Zenius machine and cannot properly advice you. And what's even more, due to the sometimes heavy accents, it is hard to understand what they are saying, The North-South problem in the Netherlands.

You can just get a bigger one. I use a square big one that can fit under the water supply of the machine. Just completed the procedure with no issues.
