    It’s only getting out water and the capsule just gets some pores on it when I drag the handle but no coffee comes out!!!!!

    My Zenius does not enter the cup size programming mode, I have tried many times the step by step guide.

    Why make so hard. Cant there 1 button press it took me 5 trys. Before I made 1 small cup of a shot

    I read the manual and watched this video at least a dozen times and it still does not work. When I try to program the espresso (middle cup volume), it keeps shutting off before I take my finger off the button. I did it exactly as shown in this video. It seems on only work for the lungo size.

      I figured it out, but it did not work exactly the way the video demonstrates. In the video, all the lights are lit when the lady presses (and holds) the button of choice to program the cup volume. On mine, when the buttons are flashing from button to button in clockwise fashion, I had to press (and hold) the button I wanted to program when that button flashed in the rotation. Then I had to power off the machine to take effect. I hope this helps others that may find the user manual and video confusing.

      The ZENIUS machine is for the commercial sector - not the domestic sector. Its capsules are not for public sale and are sold onluy to Nespresso's commercial customers (like me). It means I can put a commercial grade coffee machine and a box of capsules into the guest rooms of my hotel and because the machines are not sold domestically, the capsules (0.47p each) are not taken/stolen by my guests.

      Check the screws that hold the lever in place. I had the same issu and found that tightening them resolved it. You'll need a specialist tool (stardrive I think) to fully manipulate the screws.

    That's the cheapest machine I ever used. Max 2 years usable without replacement parts. Even warranty of 2 years every replacement part is defined as wear part and you have to pay 30% of the new price. Horrible customer care

      The Zenius is the “professional line.” For home use you should consider the original line for espresso-based drinks, or Vertuo for mugs and larger pours.
