Thank you for such information
You are amazing. I request you to please let me know exercise for neck and shoulder pain please. Thanks and regards.
Very helpful.Thank you!
If you have carpal tunnel or on the way to getting it I would suggest to focus on the extensor exercises and static stretches. Also using hot water during stretches can increase blood flow and relieve pain.
The below applies solely to instances inflicted due to keyboard and
mouse work in IT or data entry industry when the symptoms are still
rather mild and could be reversed by 'not forgetting to make a break'

here's a few suggestions for exercises to relieve carpal tunnel syndrome pain
Do stretches - the pain is casued by tension in the nerve
get the advice of experts or long term effects can occur
(I read these and why they work on Dariks Pain Destroyer website )
hi guys, the best results that I have ever had was by using the Freds Elbow Helper (i found it on google) - without a doubt thebest info that I've tried.
These make my wrist/grip feel weaker after doing them. Should I continue
Any physical exercise can make you feel weaker after awhile, for this type of isometric hand exercises this could reach up to 1 - 3 days doing this the first time, depending on the persons fitness capacity. The point of any physical exercise is to let your body adapt to the activity you usually do. But you will need some rest in between exercises. For starters give it 3 - 4 days.
What is the cause of carpal tunnel disease in pregnancy? Is this boredom temporary? What is your advice? Thanks
Useful video thanks, how many times should I repeat this exercise per day? Kindly reply
It depends from person to person and the severity of your CTS. For the average person having mild wrist pain I would say 2 to 3 times a week will be enough. The more pain you feel the less you have to exercise this.
@@Carpaltunnelgadgets i had surgery on my ulnar nerve after glass cut can i do this exercises is it safe i m on 2 months after surgery
Jaskaran Sidhu Do so gently and slowly. Increase effort if only exercises become more comfortable as time passes. Also better to do stretching exercises first before strengthening.
Sometimes we need to use it more than once a day in order to release physical symptoms of anxiety like nail biting.

Where can i buy stress balls with diferent level of difficulty?
amam511 Gaiam sells them
My stressball is too firm for me lol it hurts my hand
Can anyone please give me the name of that hand equipment at the end of the video?
It's the Aylio Finger Resistance Bands. You can get them thru CarpalTunnelGadgets.com
I did this now.. for your information I have carpel tunnel syndrome
Is it okay to use stress ball if you have wound in your hand?
Better to let the wound heal first. Then make your hand stronger.
@@Carpaltunnelgadgets okay!!! thanks for the answer
Should we do this exercise regularly using a stress ball?
Sure, regular will do. Unless you are still in extreme pain like recently coming from a surgery then 2-3 times a week will suit best so you can give your hand/wrist longer time to rest and recover.
May I ask what the ball’s name, where could I buy it?thank you so much!
Any firm stressball will do. I found the better ones to be Gaiam Exercise Ball or a Gel Squeeze Ball. Both found on the affiliate website listed in the description of this video.

If you are able to move your wrists and lift things like a cup of tea doing this exercise shouldn't be a problem unless you feel pain.
Thanks

Is it useful for any arthritis
Yes, but if it gets really painful, stop and do again another time.
@@Carpaltunnelgadgets ok
This is good but I wish you would’ve done it in real time instead of switching on to the next exercise early

Can the stress ball make the carpal tunnel worse?
Not at all. When exercising with it, if pain comes, lower intensity, or stop altogether, rest, then try again another time.
@@Carpaltunnelgadgets when I squeeze the ball my two middle fingers tingle a little bit, should I stop?
@@infinitewisdom8594 Actually depends on your pain tolerance. A little tingle is generally ok. Like when you work out in a gym, you feel some tightening sensation when lifting weights. Like they say no pain no gain, yes, but you have to know when pain is damaging.

Will push ups make carpal tunnel syndrome worse
It depends on how severe your carpal tunnel syndrome is. If it hurts, don't do it. But even if it doesn't, I do not advise push ups with hyperextension of wrist as there is a risk for injury. Try doing closed fist with your knuckles the floor if you can or maybe get those fitness push up bars you grip.
