The Best 2022 Harley Davidson Street Bob Custom Seat.

As many of you know motorcycle seat positiion is critical for a great ride. On this 2022 #harleydavidson #streetbob we had to build a one off custom seat for this rider. He wanted to sit further back and higher up. This required us to make a custom seat from scratch. New fiberglass pans, new foam and of course a new cover.

What size thread for the gray? Do you use a single need machine always or double? I assume you back the French seam. Nice seat and more good information thanks

That was thread size 210. We usually back all functional French seems and sometimes not on cosmetic ones. And definitely not backed on airbag seems .
