If you make money off of it (which they do) then its no big deal....plus you can easily sell the lightly used GoPro's for profit.

Nice rig for the cameras but when you sync them together you would (probably) be getting better results if you made interpolated frames between each frame as each gopro was not frame synced. I would love to play with such a video rig some day...

Your realize he has a main video on his channel. Or else he should if its still up. Also, I guarantee that for each one of these 5 second "bullet time" shots it took over 2 hours to compose/render/stabilize each one.

Too bad you couldn't get them all aligned correctly after all. I'm fine with the product plug at the end but you missed the goal of this video. 52 cameras, check. Girls, check. Digital slr, check. Dogs, check. So? What is the message?
You should have shown more of the 52 camera angle results and less of the fluff surrounding it. The rig should be leveled horizontally. Next time, first do some sample shots with a stand-in, review them, align the cameras correctly and sample again till you get it right.
Does anyone know which goPro they used? If it was like silver or black or hero2 or hero3?

Well it is a pretty awesome product in my opinion. as far as the video goes though, I expected more and I am not impressed.

they figured out how to make bullet time lame :( ...but i guess their hands were tied since they HAD TO make something with dogs (nothing against dogs)
you do realize that thats how the matrix was originally done for the bullet time scene. not with gopros but they did have the exact same type set up
of course i know, im a big matrix fan thats why i was watching this vid in the first place lol thats where the "bullet time" came from... but matrix did something cool with it... i just felt like they put so much work into this and then did something boring with it, and plus they didnt even have that much footage of the actual bullet time. (probably because it takes so long to edit it together)
So damn cool! I can't evan imagine the trouble in the syncing process...

A truly remarkable waste of time and money. Well done.
You should have learned how to do this before hand. Ie remote triggers for the cameras. And learn post. You can't just jump from frame to frame. You have to morph. A simple method would have been avids fluid morph. Or a compositing program for better results. Even after effects. Oy. Makes gopro look bad.
