Wow, the features you mentioned make me want to consider buying this to 'sidegrade' my X2 (not upgrade) to this just for the simplicity factor and multicolor ability too...makes it all seem just too easy.
We don't print massive items, but on occasion it's nice to have that bigger build plate on the X2.

I got mine today and I’m impressed to say the least. Never been interested in bed slingers before this. I found some issues, but only software/slicer related. For PLA printing of small objects, this little critter will most likely be replacing my previous “go to” (X1c) due to the low noise level but similar speed and quality.
I paid for a Bambulab printer but their delivery with DHL is stuck over 1 week in Germany with no explanation as to why. I have tried to ask from DHL customer service and gotten no answer
Thank you. Just got into the drone hobby. This seems like a good fit into that field. I need small gram weight pieces to do what I want to do. This seems perfect for that and you really can't beat the price point value.
The simplicity and consistency is fantastic but the price is competitive

Very good review, thank you. I still don't own a 3D printer. But I think this is what I've been looking for... 16:24 about not messing around with the slicer, calibrating things for hours, etc. That's what I want. The whole thing looks so clean and goes above and beyond for hobby use.

I have a prusa mini plus how do you stack it against that one ?
I would get one but AMS takes up too much space. Also, I bought a Kingroon cantilever printer last year and can't justify another.. If you want something upgradeable/with off the shelf parts they are a greattt budget option. I have only taken it out of the box, loaded their profiles, and have been printing tpu parts non stop for the last year.

Hello...new to 3D printing. Haven't made a purchase as of yet. Was close to pulling trigger on AnkerMake M5 or M5C. Any thoughts on how A1 mini compares to the Anker units?
If you have Microcenter near by they are set up next to each other, Bambu P1S & C1 and the print quality blows away the Anker. The ringing on the anker is horrible.
Very soon I’ll be buying a 3D printer and it will be Bambu. Because it’s a A1, would we see the same firmware support?

Considering it as my side-printer next to my X1C without the AMS to print small items (most likely with .2mm) and mono-color. Couldn't catch from this video or Bambu site to see how it goes with a single spool. Where is the spool holder I wonder.

Not sure why people keep calling it a beginners printer (Maybe Bambu is pushing it) as i'm getting one to go alongside my Prusa. The only disadvantage i see is that it is a little smaller than your average printer but contains all the features and more than the Prusa
They created it for beginners, the sounds the fun nature of it , the ease of use is designed for those that are not experienced
multi colour TPU for your quad stuff is not possible with A1 ?

Would be nice if the printer you order would arrive from Bambulabs to begin with. I ordered over 1 week ago and DHL which is only option Bambulabs gives for delivery has now given status updates that they are holding the delivery in Germany. Why don't they send it to Finland?? Will never again order from Bambulabs anything with DHL
I’m really just glad I live in America and don’t have to deal with the crazy custom bullshit that these other countries have to go through
@@OriginaldoBo DHL told me they are still waiting for my product. Apparently Bambu Labs has not delivered it to DHL yet and it's 10 days since I bought P1P. Now I have to wait for BambuLab support to answer why they are not delivering my expensive printer.
Unless I misunderstood you, you said it does not use TPU 5:54 - later on you included TPU in the filiments it DOES use! 8:45 -???
You can not use TPU in the AMS , you can use TPU only direct into the extruder

This is way beyond an Ender 3. The biggest issue would be a smaller build size with Ender 3 at 18.7 x 18.5 x 24.4cm
@@Reds3DPrintingThe Prusa mini by itself is $180+ more than the A1 mini by itself. And for $30 more you get the AMS lite. Other than being able to use a couple more filaments imo A1 beats the mini in every way.

I think that’s going to be a thing with any single-head multi-color printer. I’m considering this one, but also considering a couple of dual-head options for just that reason.
