@@rolins3279 I own some of the tws I'm about to name including the liberty pro 3. To my ears the LP3 sounds amazing but others I own kill it in the sound department and yes are more expensive. The best sounding tws I have heard to date are the Astell&Kern UW100, next the Phillips Fidelio T1, 3rd the Technics AZ-60 and 4th the Noble Fokus Pro and 5th the Liberty Pro 3.

I just got these EX bad boys and already own the EQ. And I have to say.. these sound INCREDIBLY INSANE 😱 not only is it louder, but the bass is brutal and soundstage is so much deeper and fuller!! Comfort is far superior to the EQ. So light that I can’t even feel them in my ears. I was just jogging around and no signs of movement whatsoever! The pictures don’t do justice, because these look STUNNING in real life 🔥

Great in depth review thanks! Your voice sounded very clear and natural on the B&O's however I just wondered if you can hear your own voice clearly on calls if the transparency mode is good enough?
I appreciate this review especially adding a db to the crowd noise for reference. I wouldn't mind using the Soundcore mic for Meet or Zoom as backup for wired earphones. I love its crowd noise cancellation.
They were not this good when they launched. But the last two F/W updates really helped. They are top-tier for call quality now.
Not a moments regrets buying mine.
L3pro are my daily's now but also ordered the new 1More Evo. Really exited to try them next week.
They were def #1 in crowd noise hands down !

Any updates on the use of these buds?
One of the important things to me is that if you can control pause, next song and previous song on one ear piece at a time. I usually use truly wireless ear pieces with one ear while I am out and about. A deal breaker is if you cannot fully control the playback on one ear.

Hey Jeff! appreciate your videos. Best after market ear tips--silicone and foam--for a secure exercise fit. I find that my pair of EX's slip out pretty easily with all the included tips. :(

Oye Jefe!! Excellent review first and foremost. Secondly, I'd love for you to check out the Master & Dynamics MW08 Sport. They are considered by many as the best all around earbuds right now, so I was a bit surprised when I couldn't find your review on them. I'm between those, these B&O EX (because of your review lol), the Momentum 3's and the Technics AZ-60. I currently have the Liberty 3 Pro's btw. I hope and pray you respond 🙏. Thanks for all you do anyways.
Here are my reasons:
1. M&D never replied to any of my requests for review samples.
2. No one ever asks me about them so I never felt compelled to buy them. Seemed like a waste of both money and time.
3. Not sure who considers them the best all around. I rarely ever hear about them on CZcams or Reddit aside from the week when they launched.

But yeah it's mainly the smaller channels that find them to be worthy of the #1 spot, but even Flossy Carter has had them in his top 5 for the longest time. He says they are his favorite gym buds CURRENTLY!!!!! But look in all seriousness I'm not telling you to buy them as they are not cheap but rather I'd love for you to watch the reviews on it and you'll see why I'm highly considering buying them myself. I have currently lost ALL my BT earbuds so I need new ones and I hold your opinion in VERY high regard.
Best out right now! I’ve been using it for a week and love them! The single tap and multipoint is necessary for me with my fold 3 and iPhone 13 pro. The only problem I have is they don’t have the ear detection to stop the music when you take one out. Also between the Eq and the ex the charging light on the ex blink and the Eq is more like gradients effect that I like more and looks less cheap! I hope in the future b&o makes the anc more powerful like Sony and customizable touches! The anc is not the greatest but better than the oneplus buds too.

How is the multipoint working for you between z fold and iphone I have a similar setup. Does it do automatic switching between the two devices

Jefe, you definitely ARE the boss. About that B&O Beoplay; I was almost ready to pull the Amazon trigger but came to my senses. The price is just too high and I would've had to pay an additional 72 bucks to get it past customs in Colombia. No sale. Instead, on the back of your review & comparo with the other two Sennies, I bought the Sennheiser CX. Amazon...85 bucks delivered to my door no US sales tax and no Colombia customs tax. Sold.

You can never go wrong with this EX. The best sounding wireless earbuds I ever own. With EQ setting in R&B(spotify or apple music apps preset equalizer) n combine with setting the wheel knob equalizer in B&O apps,to the middle,in between 'warm' n 'energetic'(really like the B&O apps equalizer knob setting),then you'll be immerse in another world.

I've had Sennheiser momentum 2- AirPods Pro 2- bose quietcomfort 45. The B&O Beoplay ex is the best i've had my hands on . Its a heavy price , but its worth it.

I got my Beoplay EX a few weeks ago and love how they fit and sound!
The only concern is the wear sensor; each earphone is equipped with a wear sensor and automatically cuts its power when removed, "without pausing music playback"; I thought the music should pause when removing them.

I plan to get the Moondrop Variations + FiiO UTWS5 but if the Beoplay EX has the same sound quality, then i might just get the Beoplay instead. Would you say that the Beoplay EX has equal sound quality to the Variations? I listen to electronic music, like Space Ambient, Trance, DnB.
No. This is also why I never compare IEMs to TWS.

How do these compare in sound experience and volume for music against the Liberty 3 pros?
I compared them in this video.
After my experience with the EQ i'm not taking a chance on these. Beo seems to engineer the highs well but they don't have any control on the sibilance on them. Almost sizzle like and thsts with eq to neutral. I even tried bass all the way and they're still there. I think the TW3 are going to satisfy majority of people. I'm coming from some jabra elite 75s which I love and i go thee tw 3 mainly to get some louder buds. im in for a treat now.

Nah. The time to drop a review on the EQ has passed. I'm too busy with all the new products dropping right now. But I can tell you I prefer the EX over the EQ. Improved sound and far more comfortable to wear. Those two things alone make the EX a worthy upgrade.

Hey Jeff, could you compare them with Airpod pro 2. Some people suggested EX had a neutral sound profile, which I'm not a fan of actually. Is it true?
I think I like Harman target/V shaped sound profile.

Your the ONLY reviewer I’m subscribed to that adds volume . Most people get mad when I ask about it . I grew up in the 90s so I had many car sound systems and have bad hearing so volume is huge . Anyways I noticed on your latest comparison between the sennhiesers and the beats fit pro you had the beats at 114 dbs I broke down and bought the airpod pros and the beats fit pro due to their high volume . Do these compete in terms of loudness with apple ? I know 2 DBs isn’t much but I’m curious cause this is such a huge purchase . Floss LOVES these and some of his commenters say the EXs are stupid loud so I was surprised when I saw the fit pros were 2db louder

If you use spotify turn off volume normalisation and you will get much higher volume, but it seems like these new EX are more than loud enough for anyone.
I’m currently on my 3rd pair, yes you heard that right. And now I’m having issues with them connecting to my brand new iPhone. Idk if I’m just having bad luck? All 3 of my pairs have now shit the bed when connecting to my phone. When they work, they’re amazing. But I’m officially done with this product. For $400, this is insane.

It might be just me, but we need more movie quotes in these reviews. That was an Oscar-worthy delivery. Seeing how good the cheaper TWS' are when compared to TWS twice, or more, their price we should probably include a 'value per price' type of category. The B&O TWS do not seem to be a Bang for your buck (pun very much intended).

Quick suggestion regarding multipoint, could u also mention how it actuslly works with multiple devices? Ie some will auto pause if u play on another device, will calls come through on the phone when connected to a pc or tablet etc. You will be surprised but not all multipoint is implemented the same. Also worth mentioning if force connect is possible (like you can do with a Sony, LG or Samsung device). This is important because if u happen to have 3 devices and want to connect to the 3rd device (dropping the connection to another device), then some buds will not actuslly allow the connection (soundcore...), meaning you have to manually disconnect.
The line that he is using in his mic test is from the 1972 Japanese movie "Lone Wolf and Cub", an amazing movie. It is about a Samurai and his son who travel the country. The father is saying this line to his toddler son at the beginning of the movie.
There is also a Japanese TV series that ran from 1973 till 1976 which is even better. The Mandalorian is basically an adaptation of "Lone Wolf and Cub".

What's the difference with this and soundpeats h2 in terms of sound quality?
I really enjoyed this review, thank you. Do you happen to know if there was ever a firmware update that increased the effectiveness of the ANC? I have a pair of these on order, but the relatively weak ANC might be a deal breaker for me.
If you have time, might I ask you for some advice? I am looking for a pair of IPX7 (or better) ANC earbuds that I will primarily be wearing floating in the pool and I really want something to just make as much of the outside world (with respect to sound) disappear. I did try Soundcore's new Sport X10's and found the ANC to be very weak and the sound inferior to the Spirit X2's I often wear.
The Beoplay EX's attracted me due to their IP57 rating, obvious sound quality and the promise of ANC. Is there anything else on the market you would suggest that offers IPX7 (or better), ANC and/or isolation and obviously decent sound?
Jaybird Vista 2 might be your best bet for such a specific use case. They carry an IP68 rating and offer all the features you are looking for. Best of luck!

Vs Beoplay EQ: The sound is very similar. The mics and comfort are better on the EX.
Vs PI7: It's an easy win for B&O. Both the EQ and EX have better sound and better mics.
I just bought these last night for $295 so i hope they sound good. I dont care for anc/ transparency on these as i have the bose quietcomfort ultra headphones for that. I cant wait to try them out.

I didn't experience any. Fatigue is based on ear shape.
Yes, I also can not hear any difference on the ANC slider. I wish they would ship a more aggressive ANC actually.

Hey Jeff great review. Want your opinion where does the Oppo Enco X2 rank in terms of sound quality/ bass and ANC primarily vs the EQ. Don't want to spend $400 bucks lol. I am also waiting for your review ib the new Senheiser and 1more Buds.

Oppo Enco X2 are above Sony, Bose and Technics but the Soundcore and B&O still beat them. Considering the substantially lower price, the Oppo Enco X2 are a bargain in comparison.
