    I have these, was primarily due to the IP rating as the intended use is for listening while running in all sorts of weather - secondary I have a love for the brand as I have been working for them in the past for 14 years.
    However, one of the absolute key features for me is multipoint part. They have now become my one-and-only for both work, phone and tablet, completely ditching my over ear headset at work, and I only need to fit one of them to use for team calls etc. that's another plus.
    In terms of running with them, they seem quite stable, but there's a slight tendency that when you really starts to get sweaty, then at least if using the silicone ones, they might feel rather loose at the brink of slipping out, all depending on how your ear is 'designed'. It is however worst in my right year, so I have COMPLY permanent on that one, and the left one (also the one I normally use for calls) are using a silicone. Perhaps B&O should try and look into some tips with some kind of small ribs on the silicone part for a more firm experience when doing sports.
    However the slipping is not a problem when using the COMPLY tips - but when doing calls on-off, COMPLY seems a little troublesome for permanent attachment as you need to roll the tip for a good fit.
    In terms of surroundings setting in the app, I tend to use the Neutral mode only. For one, I don't like noise cancellation when running, as I want to be aware of bicycles and cars , and I would have used the transparency mode if it wasn't because of the wind noise. Wind noise in transparency mode are very dominating and amplified in an annoying way and it becomes quite exhausting listening to it - so I prefer neutral mode.
    I hope this wind noise issue could be limited in the software, so perhaps at some point it will be improved via a software update.
    All in all I am very happy with these earphones, and I have not regretted the purchase in any way.

    It’s been over a year since the release of the Beoplay EX, awaiting a new and improved version that would truly place them at the top of true wireless earbuds

    3 days ago I change my eco system from apple to windows and samsung. Till yesterday I did not know what this brand, but I decided to give Beoplay EX black colour chance, and I bought them today. I cant wait to try them with my fold 4. I heard about not good noice cancelling but I hope so it will be oki everything :)

    @Bang & Olufsen why isn’t there the option for noise cancellation in one bud? I think almost every other earbud I’ve tested has this capability.

    Could you please explain more on how to do multipoint connection please? i.e. to laptop/pc and android phone. I somehow couldn't get it working on my phone after connecting to my PC. Thank you.

    Hi, guys,
    I’m attempting an update, but the app screen seems to be stuck with a picture of the case and earbuds with a couple of circles of dots behind and around them. Does this mean they’re updating? It seems there should be some indicator on whether they are actuallly updating or not updating. I’ve switched to my phone’s settings a couple of times to ensure connection (which showed connection to the case), but that seems to crash the app… Any advice? Thanks!

    bought these and they sound really nice..however the volume is 30 percent lower than my others (AirPods Pro, Sony etc.) and unless I'm doing something wrong I can't detect any ANC and yes my software is updated..anyone experience this?

    I got my Beoplay EX a few weeks ago and love how they fit and sound!
    The only concern is the wear sensor; each earphone is equipped with a wear sensor and automatically cuts its power when removed, "without pausing music playback"; I thought the music should pause when removing them.
    I'll appreciate your feedback.

      @@bangolufsen By the way, let know this to the Support Team, due to when I contacted them about this concern, they asked me to return the earbuds to "fix" them, but now I know there's no problem with the earbuds.

    Why is this video called "How to Setup" when it's just an advertisement? There is no difference between ANC, transparency, and neutral. Also, reading the user guides online I discovered that "Transparency is disabled when Beoplay EX are switched on." That seems a little counter-intuitive because I'd want to have transparency mode ON while I've got the earphones in.

    They sound great, but ANC and Transparency are a joke. It would be better if they weren’t there at all. Wind destroys these settings too. So Neutral is the way to go with 100% warmth - and some extra bass applied if out and about with these. I love these for the sound, fit and water proofing alone. Seriously B&O why put features in there if they don’t work to a reasonable standard even with Comply tips? I want a firmware update so that they default to Neutral with no ANC. Anybody else here agree? I’m here for the sound. My goodness the details in highs and lovely bass have made me put my H95’s to one side. They set a new standard of sound for earbuds using Tidal. It makes Apple Lossless Music service sound lifeless and lack lustre. The difference is like black and white.

      @@bangolufsen Thanks for reaching out. I should also make you aware that wind noise reduction is not implemented in the app for the EX only the H95. At least it doesn’t appear on my iPhone 12 in any mode, not even for my EQ’s (ANC works great on these). I just cycled through them to make sure. I use these mainly for walks and switch to Neutral as soon as I can outside as it’s mostly windy on the coast of South Wales. I think if you look at reviews on CZcams or the UK Amazon page for your product everyone reaches the same conclusion. It needs a firmware update. I don’t need the ANC mostly- I just enjoy amazing sound quality. ANC just increases the bass response mostly to mask quiet background hums from an office air purifier, but that is all. Transparency introduces some high frequency environmental noise but is mostly ineffective. It’s just better leaving Neutral on and having good sound isolation from the Comply foam tips. It’s a lovely product for office/working from home based Audiophiles like me, but fatally flawed.

    Had all kind of bluetooth earphones and these ones are really the worst. I got them for Xmas and still not able to use them correctly 10 days later. I managed to connect them through bluetooth to my Samsung S21 but I cannot add them in the B&O application. I went on your website and try many times(maybe 20x) with different procedures, nothing works. I've sent an email, reply from your support is to check on your website....
    Noise cancellation is not good under the wind (maybe even worst than with regular earphones).
    Otherwise sound quality is not bad, but for half price you get the same sound quality from other brands.
    Cant believe Im going through CZcams to find a video which could help me to add them in the B&O app.
    Maybe faster to go to the shop. Such a waste of time...

    Nice design and great sound quality.
    Thats it.
    The app is a joke!
    It takes forever to connect to the phone.
    No dark mode.
    No find my earbuds.
    No customization for the touch controls.
    ANC is limited.
    Transparency barely works.
    These all can be fixed with software updates but your developer team seems to not like their jobs.

    Seriously... You guys have to make the ANC and transparency better. You have almost perfected the sound ,but they are near useless in transparency and NC situations compared to earbuds half the price. Apple Beats Fit Pro. OnePlus Buds 2 pro...just to name 2. Please do something about this. We get it...we (the consumer) paid for the sound ,but just bring those 2 features up to the rest of the competition.

    App is a joke, ergonomics could have been better, ANC is sub-optimal.
    When it comes to HiFi, B&O would be my 1st choice to go for; however, the Ex earbuds are hurting the long sustained image of the brand.

    I would love to spend money on a high end TWS headphone. But the fact that the battery is not replaceable will make this headphone useless in 5 years. And thats poor value.

    I watched this video hoping to find out how to connect the earbuds to iPhone, which button to press, how long to hold etc. and do you think I found that info? No, I've just wasted 3 minutes of my life. Thanks but no thanks

    AVOID this company! I spent $400 on the Beoplay EX, & the foam eartips have FALLEN APART shortly after. B&O is REFUSING to fix it, instead insisting I BUY a replacement set for $25 +tax +shipping. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service & they REFUSE to stand behind their products!

      @@sebfrett1005 I already have have them, Multiple Bose, along with Samsung, Bowers/Wilkins, and Sennheiser. The sound isn't as good, the eartips never had a problem though. Thanks for the tip though chief.
