Besides being a martial artist, they are also actors practicing professionally. No matter how funny or cheesy the unedited performance is, they just have to put their trust in the VFX artist to do their job in the industry (Case and point; Geralt in The Witcher series is just Henry Cavil playing pretend to have witcher powers, before the VFX.) With this being a demo of sorts, we get to see the performance with some minimal editing.
So yes, though I am long winded, I do second your opinion of them being professional.

STRANGER depends on the fight. Tell me when you could spiral cloud passage against long arm centipede giraffe, you have no poise in the combo so you’d be hit out of it, try ichimonji-ing the folding screen monkeys without stunning them first. But then high monk destroys anybody with a sweep, and spiral cloud will melt mini bosses like the ashina elite if you have living force applied.

The amount of times I cought myself gasping or holding my breath viewing this was remarkable. Though neither man may not have said a thing, the *risk of limb loss* performing the simplest of slicing or cutting techniques in this video is prodigiously high, and cannot be understated. The focus and composure these men must possess to gather the intestinal fortitude within themselves to even attempt these techniques in the first place-!! These two are trained to swing the sharpest blades known to man at speeds which must be slowed to be seen- allow this fact to settle down snug on your spongy brain meats.
