      @@gregoryjhickman I wanted to coaching agricultural estate agents (realtors) to build a personal brand with video, and organic marketing (on Facebook).
      I couldn't get any clients. The awareness gap is just to wide. 99.9% of estate agents can barely know how to post Facebook.
      My idea was to teach people the method I had used to make multiple 6-figures as agricultural realtor. The average person doesn;t even have a photo of him/herself, and that is where I had to start.
      After struggling for 10 months, I decied to go into organic affiliate marketing with only my FB profile. Then learn how to attract sales, and later go back to being an agricultural estate agent.
      I am now exclusively an affiliate for two coaches because I know there program is 100% suitable for estate agents.

    How "unique" do you feel the promise has to be these days?
    E.g. in a biz context, it seems a lot of people run the same offer of we'll get you to 10k/mo, 100k/mo, or book you 20-50 calls

      Unique offers definitely help IMHO. But the example you gave is less about the offer and the difference usually is in the method to reach the outcome.
      How to get to 10k/mo selling lead gen services is different from how to get to 10k/mo using youtube organic as your acquisition funnel.
      At the end of the day, you got to get the client results so if that ends up not happening then those businesses will eventually fail to grow.
