    The Vivid Festival is free, and on over 23 nights, 24/5-15/6, the bridge is closed during the event and everyone is happy and friendly, it's safe! The only cost is the food stalls and maybe souvenirs! There are backpackers places, hotels and hostels nearby but you probably wouldn't sleep much during the festival, book early! Definitely worth seeing & experiencing in person! Amazing! 😃

    24th May until 16th of June yhis year.Most of it is free,however you can oay for special extras The main issue is crowd control issues as much of it oldest part of Sydney near ferry wharf,great view from train station
    Also,it is only free because it brings in a lot of tourism
    Enjoy guys

    Yet another great reaction! Vivid Sydney is on for a few weeks in winter. It is hard to see it all at once. In my city Canberra, we have one called Enlighten that goes for two weeks in Autum, along with a hot air ballon festival, fireworks etc. I so wish for you both to see these things one day in person. 🙃

    This has been going on for a few years now and every year it's getting better and bigger and also expanding to other parts of Sydney not just the city itself. North Sydney and Parramatta are starting to get on it too.
    My only thing is it will be much better if it was put on during summer when the nights are warmer.

    • @gusdrivinginaustralia6168
      @gusdrivinginaustralia6168 Před 20 dny +1

      You'd have to think it is particularly put on during this time of the year to draw people out to boost the economy as the cooler season makes alot of people stay home. If it was during summer it's busy already anyway ,so it would be lost on alot of people.

    Why cant we bring the Habibi brothers out for a holiday. Theres over 1900 subscribers , if i paid for one brothers airfare, surely everyone else can chip in 2dollars for the other brother. Im sure they'll get free accommodation with the Habib community of Algerians in Sydney. Id love to do this for them. They give to us and never ask for anything. It would be so fulfilling. Im not Muslim, otherwise id let them stay with me, but being non halal, weed smokers, i think wed be the death of the poor guys.😅❤

    See what I mean by "spectacular Sydney, Marvelous Melbourne"? Okay, the biggest tourist market comes from New Zealand. Believe it or not, they have enough money for the plane fare and a few nights in Sydney. Then the rest of Australia. m More and more come from Asia, Europe and the Americas. Still, our biggest tourist market for this is still New Zealand... They are not far away.

    G Day Men, we need a seismic change in the way people of the World are allowed to travel. If an Individual has broken no Law that would otherwise prohibit them from entering a Country, they should be allowed to do so. It's Bullshit that you can't travel to Australia or any other Country that you may wish to see. Politics should only effect Politicians. I don't think many people give a stuff about Politicians anyway. I am getting very depressed watching you two looking like 5 year olds staring into a Toy Shop window on Christmas eve every Video. I truly hope you get to see some of the things that too many of us take for granted. Our Country isn't Perfect, but you can see it from here. Tell us if you ever go Rouge, we will leave a light on. Take Care Bro's

      So the brothers can't enter Australia because of our political interference? Or their country? I watch them all the time and keep telling them we could pay for their airfares and they could stay at a fellow Habib's place free while here. ( I'd have them, but I live up the nsw coast.). We could do this if it's just our government stopping them. 😢
