You're the first Americans that I've heard pronounce caramel properly! And referring to a 'biscuit '! Fantastic! I love Tim Tams. There are so many different flavours, including Murray River salted caramel and dark chocolate with chili. What a shame you can't get them easily. Mint slice is one of my favourite Arnott's biscuits. Kingstons are another crunchy biscuit with a hazelnut cream filling. If you ever come across Anzac biscuits, do try them. They aren't a fancy biscuit, but the recipe, history and the name date back over a century to WWI

Straight from the Arnott's website, The Tim Tam milkshake:
6 Original Tim Tam Biscuits (4 for milkshake, 2 for decorating)
    2 cups of milk
    2 tbsp chocolate sauce
    4 scoops vanilla ice cream
    Whipped cream
    Preparation
    Step 1
Place chocolate sauce in a shallow bowl or saucer. Dip rim of your glass into the sauce and then into extra crushed Tim Tam.
    Step 2
In a food processor, pulse 4 Tim Tam biscuits until it resembles fine breadcrumbs. Add ice cream and milk and blend until smooth and creamy.
    Step 3
Top with whipped cream and extra Tim Tam biscuits to garnish. Serve immediately.

You cant wait to talk after sucking up the liquid, the biscuit will fall apart in your hand. So suck your straw and put the whole biscuit in your mouth, chew if you must, swallow, wait a second, then talk. This hint is for your benefit, or you'll have a nice mess. It does work better with hot liquid though, and the orignals are the best. Your caramel ones had melted and solidified again, so they were very misshapen. I could see that easily from your far view.
