Hope to pick up our Sojourn in June. This is a great change for us because we are first time caravaners. It'll mean we get to tow a caravan for the first time in a stress-free environment rather than out on the open road where we are not familiar with the location, route to Hangar-O or the 3.5 T hanging behind us. Good move. Cheers.

Awesome changes guys. The one stop pick up/handover location is a great improvement. Definitely felt like we were racing against the clock to get to hanger o in time so this will be a great change for new owners. Well done Zone for not only listening to feedback but implementing change where needed ✌🏼

Great improvement. Darren and Sam have been terrific hosts every time we’ve visited HangerO. As first timers we nervously towed our new van up to HangerO in May 2021 fortunate to coincide with the very first Zone Muster of 70 vans! It was absolutely the best way to learn enough about our Zone to set out confidently on adventures that exceeded our expectations! So pleased that Zone continues to put so much effort into its handover experience. Thank you!

That's a great improvement. We stayed at Hangar O twice now and have it in our mind when we are in the area. Such a relaxed, serene and tranquil campground. Darren, Sam and Mel are true gems. Well done, this is a wonderful step up again. ♥

Tofty, our day for handover is end of March. We would love to offer ourselves up as test dummies 😂🙏🏻🤩 but on a serious note ….. we really would love to be part of the trials if that falls into your amazing idea. 🤩🤩
We are due to pickup our new van on the 3rd of May. Unfortunately we have been told it will still be at Coolum at 930. Wondering why we haven't been included in this new initiative?
Hi Leanne, we will be rolling this out slowly and transitioning to the updated handover experience over the next few months.
Pleased to see improvement. We had our handover on the 13th December 23, Mel was great. We never met Darren or Samantha, they may have been away as we didnt even see them. We stayed 2 nights with about 5 other vans but the bar didnt open. In my opinion more attention needs to be paid to the van owner.
