Unreal, this is the future of Australian manufacturing.. I worked at Maritimo where we hand shaped 75ft plugs and being able to 3D print these is a no brainer.

What an incredible story. We have admired Zone RV caravans for a few years before we finally bought our Sojourn in 2023. We love it to bits, it just again proved to be exactly what we wanted - an absolutely dust-free offroad caravan. Thank you for delivering a brilliant product.

Hi Dave and team, I've been admiring the Zone RV line up for a while now, a really great product. A couple of van length options for couples, sadly, only one option for families. It seems there are more families opting for a smaller van in length and choosing the east west bed option. I'm 6'6" so the east/west bed option provides me the extra length I need, it also reduces the van length to in the range of 19' to 19'6", saving on some weight also, without loosing living, kitchen, bunk and ensuite space. Have you considered adding a shorter east/west Queen bed/bunk option for families? Keep up the great work. Kind regards Shayne

Hi Adrian, Thanks for the vid. Some useful tips. Noticed your TV was raised. How did you acheive this? Move the wall plate or change the support arm? We also have a new Sojourn and we love it. However our TV is lower exposing connections above and not allowing clearance on the bench. Keen for your feedback. Cheers L

Ordered mine in Melbourne at new dealer. Came up to the Zone factory on Tuesday for a look around. Very impressive manufacturing facility. Gives me a lot of confidence in my van when I get it. Good luck on your travels!

Love ya Tofty and ya vans are only a lotto win away 👍👍❤️🙏. Ya couldn’t do us ordinary people a favour and make one for under 100k and 3ton max ,it doesn’t have to be tip capable . Call it the zone rv poverty pack if ya like,big single solar panel,kings 300ah lithium and a solid heavy duty rollout awning,separate toilet and shower and I’m probably pushing my luck but a small washing machine would be sweet as well. I know it’s not what zone is about,I get that,we can only dream of having something this capable and beautiful BUT don’t ever forget the Ozzie battlers can start at the lower end and build up and our brand loyalty is unmatched. ❤️❤️🙏🙏👁️👁️😎😇🦘🐨🇦🇺

We need this in the USA! We have a pause and Imperial outdoors, but your interior and diesel use is second to none

The best interior design out there and diesel set up makes perfect sense- the Pause Rv in America are close but fall way short in interior design. Will have to look into how much to ship one to the USA

What a great product, sooooo pleased we ordered one. So far in front of the others, well done !!

Grat videos guys explaining everything. You touched on ball weight. Have you thought of designing a fith wheel van? With your team it would make an amazing standpoint on safety, stability and more comfortable ride to tow. Owning a few vans now we realise its the only upgrade for us for more gear, size and eze of towing. Composite vans are definitely the future. Also full offgrid electrical systems like our Safiery and solar and cruisemaster air suspension is amazing.

I thought I liked my coffee ! Nice setup. 21 lph is good, I was doing 22.5 with my hybrid in my 200, funnily enough I’m not using much more than that to tow the Sojourn with the Chev, say about 22.8, not bad for a 4t rated van.
