Great video. Can't wait for some more information with regards to availability and support in Perth. We are ready to purchase but the distance and logistics of purchasing something sight unseen at the moment are a big negative and forcing us to consider other brands and options. Can't wait to hear what's in the works and the sooner, the better 😉

Great evolution. In 2021 I narrowed a purchase between Titanium and Zone. Zone have evolved... today i would have chosen Zone.

Very interesting insight. We love those videos, that gives some more information about the company itself. We also binge watched your videos where the caravans got tested in Victorias high country, and crossing Australia from East to West and back, before we made a decision to buy a Zone. :D

#ZN558 2021 OR van here. Great step forward. I think that support handbook/videos showing routine maintenance jobs (for water system, battery/electrical system, safety checks etc etc and highlighting Zones important features and handy tips would be highly valuable for your whole existing customers base. I love the QR system for guidance and could be a good thing to even retrofit. Also guidance on any updates that people would be better off to come back to Zone for (software, and other highly integrated or interoperable systems). We love our Zone!!!

@@cathbp4089 It’s a bit concerning to me that they haven’t replied to you either. If you own a Kedron then that is what the Gall family recognise not just who bought it. It’s about supporting your product throughout its life not just to the original customers. We have been watching and thinking about a Zone but I’m leaning more to the more established names who support their vans no matter who owns it - not just the buyers of their new vans or YT influencers / ambassadors who they’re all making sure they keep happy!

The only thing that turns me off Zone RV caravans is the ‘Asylum’ appearance of the inside. I have told my wife I like them and would seriously consider them but the clinical glaring white inside is off putting. I don’t understand why you only offer ‘Asylum White’ and no other colour options for cupboards etc?
Hey Paul, we do offer customisable colours for your upper & lower cupboards and flooring. All of this is on our website configurator, configure your dream van our website and it will show you your price, tare weight and lead times 👍

Thats all good! Yes the white is very popular, mainly because it makes it feel like a bigger space. If you get a chance to come by one of our showrooms or see us at a caravan show you'll see what we mean 😊
