Well, besides money, Kazakhstan wasn't dubbing when the movie was released and only really started doing it in the 2010s I think. That's why. Kazakh children should be able to watch Disney movies and other things too.
@A I I mean that she voiced other Disney villains, such as Maleficent in "Sleeping Beauty", Ursula in "The Little Mermaid" and Morgana in "The Little Mermaid 2". I simply wished for a bit more of variety, but who knows? Maybe she's gonna be eccellent as Cruella
