2 focal 30 kx 12's off 2 alpine 1200's in a 2013 Prado now tuned up all the way after there break in period, these are loud id estimate 148db, which ill know for sure in a few weeks

How do the subs sound? I was thinking about getting a couple 12's... But they're going for about $1000.00 each.. Are they worth it?

Caleb Browne they prioritise sound qaulity above all else (including price). If your after pretty good or ok just go for a type r or p3.

I just replaced my 12W7 with a E30KX, very similar in power and sound but the Focal appears to be a lot more efficient.

@@kingofnyc2 If your going for sound quality the Focals are in my opinion a great option. If your looking for all out performance and loudness at the expense of sound quality, I'd go with the DC.

What L was the box and tuning?

Ben Stan box is 120L after displacement and tuned at 35hz

Cristian Zaine peaks around 40 plays down into the 20’s tho, these amps don’t have a subsonic so they have no choice lol

My amp hasn't the subsonic too 😁 good for me my single 12" plays from 17 to 60hz. The real fun is under 20hz 👍

John Ditchen there still going strong and on there on a big amp too Crescendo BC3500D running them on nice clean power with good voltage they take it like a champ
