I gave up on men after divorcing my abuser. I told God that I can be a happy single mom but if there is a godly man for me who’ll love her like his own child, he’d have to show up on my doorstep bc I’m done. A few months later, I walked out my door and saw my now husband standing beside his jeep. He was moving in the apartment above mine. I asked him why he moved to this little hick town after traveling all over the country. He said, “God just told me there’s something here for me. I couldn’t get it off my mind.” He gave me AND my daughter his last name. God has a sense of humor!

Peter, if you are a skier, that would be a perfect place to find a wife. I used to be on the ski patrol years ago, and I volunteered to work in the first aid room for an hour or two and I got my ski tickets free. Also, if you want to join the actual skiing part of the patrol, that is also possible! It is a great place to meet like minded people.

But he cannot just "wait on God" for a wife in the literal sense. He has to search actively for her because the Bible says that "he who finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains God's favour." He can only find her if he seeks her. "Seek and you shall find," says another verse.

He only needs to pray and trust the Lord..Today’s way of doing things isn’t God’s way.. While Peter’s waiting he can draw strength and patience from the Word of God..He has children that he must attend too.. He has a duty to those children and it’s his calling to help as many children as possible.. It’s better to wait and let God move for him.. Too many times we jump ahead of Him and then we mess up His whole plan for our lives.. Be blessed 😇

Anthony has always been protective of his dad from day one. He doesn't want his dad to get married and to me that's very selfish of him. Sooner or later Anthony and his other siblings will find girlfriends/boyfriends and maybe move out on their own and his dad will be left alone and miserable. That's not fair.. You can listen to kids but you don't have to agree with all they may wish for you.
I just hope and pray that God will find a beautiful; respectful; loving and caring wife for Anthony when the time is right. There is someone out there as we speak. May God bless him continually. He has a good heart from what I see.

I am touched by Zay´s opinions. He is such a loving and empathic person. I am sure that one day he will be the best husband and dad for his own family. He loves Peter so much and if a wife would make him even happier, he would totally support it. He is the best son ever - loving his parent but not being selfish. What an amazing young man!

Anthony is hilarious, he’s concerned about the reception food and where he & the others are all going on the honeymoon to, I love that child so much. This was fun, the kids ideas are precious. I may be old school bc I’m old but I think finding love at the supermarket or thru mutual friends etc is better than the internet, you’ve got to be extremely careful meeting others online bc there’s so many scammers out there. Loved the kid's answers! At the age of 4, my son said that I should go to the "man store" to find a husband for me and a dad for him. He's now 11 and apparently the "man store" had a sale and there are no husbands and dads left for me to find since I'm still unmarried 😂.

Lol...Standing on the street looking for a wife...that could look creepy - I love it! I notice that the little girl & Kai ( Zay ) are a little more optimistic than Anthony & the little guy about this marriage thing! I really enjoyed this video- it made me smile a lot! They are such a beautiful bunch of kids, really. If I weren't married, I'd marry you Peter! :) How about the grocery store to meet a nice lady ? Just like in the movies...
For Zay to not count himself as an adult, he definitely enjoys being Peter's kid.
For Anthony to use "not enough room" as an excuse. I think he is concerned that he would get less attention.
Given how quickly Peter shot down the dating ideas as impossible, I have a feeling that while Peter is single, he has no intention to start a relationship.
I can understand that Anthony is afraid of losing. All these children had to experience that they were given away, that they weren't wanted. For Anthony, Peter is HIS FAMILY... The other kids are not a problem as they are only in the house for a limited time. Kai/Zay isn't a problem either, since he's kind of his big brother. But if Peter had a wife, she would be there forever, and a wife demands a lot of attention. This woman would have a mother role. So she will stand between him and his father at some point.
I think Peter knows that. It wouldn't just be Anthony who would then have to share his dad with a woman either. All the kids get less from Peter because he then also has a relationship with his wife, which also means togetherness - without the children.
These kids are so innocent! May God bless peter with a good wife who will love the kids as much as he does

My Hunny, had always advised that folks check their 'just friends list'. And often he was right. Even for us in a way, since he was my professor 14 years before we re-met on FB thru a mutual friend and 1 DM later we were 'off and running'. Those years were some of the best in my life and worth it all.
Lots of folks have suggestions, lol like me; but really I think you have to trust yourself ....and maybe on your next trip to that coffee place - put the camera down and chat with other folks ;) love your smiling face but would love more to see you have that partner in this journey that you and your kids deserve.

Traditional, movie-like, church wedding sounds like a beautiful plan (will there also be comedy included, puppies running off with the rings, etc?). The kissing and hugging parts, kiddo? I hear ya, ewww - they can do that later! :) Swimming is very important, warm waters of course ... but how can the happy couple KNOW the water is warm if there are no kids to test it with cannonballs and rope swings?
