Ingredients:
2 smoked Mackerel
800g Palmnut paste
an inch ginger
1 habanero pepper
3 medium size Onions
Salt and Maggi tt
1/2 tsp Bush pepper
1 Cup grounded crayfish
Handful bitterleaf

Am a single guy living alone
Have searched how to cook simple foods but just saw this and to my surprise saw many other recipes
