3 pieces of Cutlet
1 spring onion
1 red Onion
1 inche of ginger- pealed
7 garlic cloves
2 Green Paprika
1 sprig/ sterm celery
3 sprig of parsley and Basil
1/2tsp salt (adjustable)
1tsp bullion powder
15 njangsa seed (optional)
1/2tsp white pepper
Sauce
1/2 salt
1 Maggie cube
3tbsp vegetable oil
