    1) Name your fear.
    2) Play with it- dance, paint, etc ...write five things or more that help you release it.
    3) Broad Pillars: Meditation, breathing technique and Calm environment.
    4) Don't worry about the outcome- why to worry? If you can do it, do it and if you can't do it, then why to worry?

Thank you sooo much, this my first time listening to you. Anxiety has torn me down and I want to be free from the torture. I will continue my day with much less anxiety and be more mindful of my body, my mind, my surroundings. And let me tell while practicing these techniques with, I looked out my window and there in the woods I saw a Mother deer with her Fawn and right behind them was Daddy deer. Blessings to you🙏

A welter of words in a vacuum of platitudes. "only when I realize life is taking me nowhere, do I begin to go somewhere". P. D. Ouspensky, "In search of the miraculous." man is a talking machine, whole point, not to be talking machine". G. I. Gurdjieff. "only a mind that is free from contradictions, that is completely empty of the" known" can experience love". The reality of being, Jeanne de salzmann. Noel
