One more thing the battery placement looks like rain water will run down to the base where the contacts are if left outside or in rainy weather use.

I’m trying to find a foldable e-bike that can go 50miles distance to start. Can you recommend any for a good price?
How tall are you? ive seen some reviews that suggest the seat is too high for shorter riders to stand when on the seat.
I'm 5 ft 8 in, for shorter people, I recommend changing the seat post or it might be difficult to ride

Man you sound like a Bajan,i just order'd one this morning it don't ship til 27th April and then on to Barbados so by the time i get it there might be a new model out lol.What i dont like is a POOR quality rear rack cheap brakes low quality Shimano shifter and headlight mounting looks to be bent easily.What i like is the power.

The problem is that the suspension is built into the seat post as a result the seat will not go all the way down 😭
So if you're around 5' you will need to get rid of the seat suspension post and just get a standard seatpost, and you should be fine, this is something you can have done at your local bike shop 💪

we purchased one the suspension on the seat is for taller however you can replace it with a different seat that doesn't have that special option it will sit much lower for shorter people

This type of e-bike is what's causing virtually all of the lithium battery fires in New York City. Apparently the batteries themselves are poorly designed and the charging systems as well. So if you want your house to go up in smoke this is the product to buy.

@@omarbeale1079 I know it is hard to admit when you've made a mistake like purchasing one of these e-bikes. But that doesn't change the fact that these things are extremely dangerous. It is easy for any company that wants to to put a fake UL marker on their product. It's done all the time so saying that it's UL approve means absolutely nothing in today's world.
