I was headed home to PA where I moved 4 years ago from the BX for a better life for my children. I commute every day, 2 hours, sacrifices in life. liam shilling i get what you mean, but i’m fairly certain that his other live videos have actually been live (except the last one which seems to be this weird mesh of live and studio, but i guess it was what worked for that kind of video)
it’s a shame when you can notice any effect (or autotune) artists put on their voices when performing live, but it is very normal nowadays and just because some artists want a little boost in their vocals, doesn’t necessarily mean they can’t sing or “want to hide” their real vocals. also not to mention performing live is hard, so sometimes they might actually need that little boost.
just some of my thoughts on the matter.

You do realize people use autotune for many different reasons, right?!?! It's not solely used to mask a horrible singing voice. Also, it's not always autotune being used, even though people assume it is.
