- This is history in the making! Me and my fiancée attended this year's Fan Expo 2024 in New Orleans. We were honored to meet two legendary voice actors, Peter Cullen & Frank Welker. I wanted to give them a fun interaction during their panel together :) I put on my best G1 Starscream voice impression. After the show, Frank passed me his script and shared some good advice on how I could get started in voice over. Show some love for both of these amazing gentlemen. Special thanks to Fan Expo New Orleans for having us!
Bonus Vlog footage showing me and a new friend getting our scripts signed; we were so surprised to see them again before they had to leave. Both Peter & Frank were among the few actors who stayed right up till the event closed. Massive respect goes out to them for doing that.👏 If you're reading this, just know that we love you guys. That guy sure did a good G1 Starscream! R.I.P Chris Latta ( 1949 - 94) The original Starscream & Cobra Commander!

I remember Chris Latta, a worthy product of his time & can never be replaced 😭.

Ok, best starscream impression ive ever heard. Definitely worthy of being the next starscream in a show or movie.
Now he needs to go to a GIJOE convention to do that too. Cobra Commander was the exact same voice be nice if he could do that around the other 80's GIJOE voice actors.

That has to be the best Starscream impression I've ever heard from someone who wasn't Mr. Latta himself, and that's a fact. Wow, even the intonations on Megatron's name were perfect. Just very well done, and getting to meet Mr. Welker and Mr. Cullen in person, I'd have been super nervous as well, I can tell you that!
Thank you! Few pick up on that 👍 Chris Collin's Starscream speaks with an accent, along with his higher tone. Earlier, Frank told me that was the first thing he noticed.

Man Transformers changed my life for this girl in 2007 as a teenager, it led me to go to university studying medicine all because of Transformers.
Megatron/Galvatron/Soundwave and Optimus/Ironhide are friends for always.
Soundwave sounded so cool when he talked!!
You do know galvatron was originally voiced by mr. Spock "Leonard Nimoy" (R.I.P) right?.
When he is in Decepticon mode, Frank IS Megatron. But when he's talking normally, he's...Fred Jones.
He was ray we stanz and Slimer in the real Ghostbusters as well.

The thing about VAs is that they are not afraid to do their character voices in front of many people, so props to you being brave enough to do that not in front of people but the OG VAs themselves

Almost 40 yrs....real childhood memories hearing those voices. But that Starscream... I APPROVE
What I'd like to see is Prime and Megatron just sitting together, talking about their aches and pains, their various ailment. Like, how Optimus had to spend all day at the DMV to get his renewals both for his driver's license and as a motor vehicle and the ignominy of an emissions test.

Kudos, man, Kudos! When I met Peter Cullen and Frank Welker I could barely stutter out a 'Hello', and here you are getting up in front of them and a whole auditorium full of people and belting out a spot-on impression of Starscream! Even got Frank to play along as Megatron. Freaking awesome!
Nice work on starscream. Just a side note here: a guy I knew could do screamer on point. As in chris latta sport on. When he would go off, it’d be like watching an original episode, he was just that on point
Honestly, Starscream’s unique voice is pretty tough to imitate. I was able to get quite a few Decepticons, but he and Megatron are two of the toughest. Keep on truckin’.
Gotta cast that guy to voice Starscream in future shows and movies for sure. Great job!

Absolutely! Many of us were in tears after our photo op. Peter Cullen is truly Optimus Prime, & Frank Welker is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet, loves performing voices and making you laugh.
