    Ingredients:
    Doddapatre or Ajwain Leaves or Mexican Mint - 8-10
    Jeera / Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
    Peppercorns - 8-10
    Ghee or Clarified Butter - 2 tsp
    Grated Fresh Coconut - 1/2 Cup
    Green Chillies - 1 or 2
    Curd - 1 Cup
    Salt - as per taste
    For Seasoning :
    Ghee -1 tsp
    Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
    Curry Leaves - 6-8
    Sandige Menasu or Sun Dried Curd Chilies - 1 or Red Chilies
    Method:
    1. To a pan add 1 tsp Ghee. Once Ghee melts, add 1 tsp Jeera and fry for a minute. Then add Peppercorns, fry for 2-3 minutes and remove them to a bowl.
    2. To the same pan, add 1 tsp Ghee. Once Ghee melts, add Doddapatre or Ajwain Leaves and fry till they shrink and change their colour slightly. While doing this, the leaves will leave the water content in them. Let it cool completely.
    3. To a mixer jar, add 1/2 Cup grated Coconut, Green Chilies, Ghee roasted Jeera with Pepper Corns and Ghee roasted Doddapatre or Ajwain Leaves. Grind everything by adding 2 Tbsp of Water to it and prepare smooth paste.
    4. Now in a mixing bowl take 1 Cup of Curd. Add ground paste to the Curd and then add Salt as per taste. Whisk everything well.
    5. Now let us add the seasoning to Doddapatre Tambuli.
    In a pan, add 1 tsp Ghee. Once the Ghee melts, add 1 tsp Mustard Seeds. Once the Mustard Seeds splutter, add 6-8 Curry leaves and fry for a few seconds.
    Now add 1 broken Sun Dried Curd Chilies and fry till they turn black in colour as you see in the video. Sun dried Curd Chilies should be fried till they turn black and crisp. If you don’t have Sun Dried Curd Chillies, add 1 broken Red Chilli and fry till they slightly change their colour.
    6. Add this seasoning mixture to Doddapatre Tambuli and mix well.
    Doddapatre Tambuli is now ready to serve. Serve the Tambuli with plain white Rice. Quality cooking wares that I love and recommend. Many of these I use every day in my kitchen and in the videos as well. Thank you.
