    The fact that people are complaining and saying “he has ending explained but all he does is explain the movie” like you do realize that you have to explain the movie to get the ending that’s the point of an ending explained

    • @deathowesmesouls1079
      @deathowesmesouls1079 Před 3 lety +197

      You absolutely do not have to explain the entire movie to explain the ending. Generally if youre looking for someone to explain the ending of a movie they can take it to mean you watched it and just need the obscure parts cleared up. If the the title of his videos were correct you wouldnt be seeing so many people commenting that they watch his videos to see movies without actually watching them.
      Edit: Lmao some of yall are straight up babies, i like found flix videos, i watch them for movies im never gonna see, he doesnt make call backs to earlier parts of the film to tell you points you might have missed, he just literally tells you the movie, its fine if thats how he wants to review it but that doesnt make him immune to new viewers criticizing his title just cause yall are to sensitive about other people not liking the same thing.

      @@deathowesmesouls1079 a lot of his viewers actually dont watch some of the films, heck Ik I don’t. Let’s say he does the movie tenet and doesn’t explain some plot points and just told you the ending, you’d be confused cuz you didn’t get the rundown about the entire plot of the film

      @@deathowesmesouls1079 it's as the guy on top of me said. He needs to deliver key moments in the movie so that we would understand why and how that ending happened. It would defeat the purpose of having the ending "explained" if you really didn't understand the movie because you just want the last part or the ending to be discussed.

      I've seen bad horror movies from every country lol I will say; foreign films often take time to develop more complex and in depth stories, better characterization. Longer movies. And instead of jump scares, CGI monsters and cheesy dialogue, they focus on creating eerie, disturbing or unsettling imagery more naturally. There are good U.S. horror movies. No, not always the cheesy big budget stuff - but ones that focus on more psychological horror (Get Out, The Exorcist, The Shining, Misery) or have mystery/suspense angles (Sinister, Hereditary, The Thing, It Follows, Psycho) and have more relatable characters tend to work better, imo. Of course, major cultural differences between countries means there's a different tone to these foreign films. I think the more natural flow and disturbing imagery they often use sticks with you longer.

      @Combine00 I like the water as a portal to our dimension idea (because it's like an alternative to a mirror), but unfortunately the crack in the wall contradicts that theory. I fully agree the water that people drink is the delivery system, but from what I can seen in the video evidence, the movie doesn't really go into details how transdimensional travel is possible, only that the organisms are already here and using the water to infect the people. The water might be the one thing the creatures know that all humans have to use, or it could be that the creatures themselves are water-based. Either way, hoping a sequel might flesh out what they are and how to defeat them in a meaningful way. :/

      I recall reading a ghost story with a man who did not give two fucks.
      Apparently he broke a hole in his exercise room and uncovered a corpse. He thought the skull was neat so he stored it on a shelf. This caused ghosts to appear in his home, but instead of being afraid he just got pissed off and started punching wildly at the air, his fists connecting with something solid at times.
      When his friends, significantly more terrified at the situation than him, eventually brought a psychic medium, she was confused to find that the spirits were terrified of him, running out of the room whenever the homeowner entered it.
      In the end he found out that these spirits had been screwed over by a guy who was now in his 90's, so he kicked his ass and that made the ghosts pass on.

    I love this channel and its full summaries of movies, along with the ending opinion and/or theories. There are too many interesting movies that I either don’t have time to watch or don’t have access to, and this channel is an excellent way to catch up. It also lets me know which movies reviewed here I actually want to find & watch. A lot of movies I may have just passed on, but sometimes seeing them on this channel, makes me want to watch the entire film. Keep up the great work!

    I always love that people like myself, who dont care too much for horror or terror but are still fascinated by the movies themselves, get to enjoy your clips that are summaries (that occasionally have a jumpscare with audio with no warning, guess no one is free from a jump scare 😂) and capture the main plot of the film. Thanks FoundFlix

    16:25 See, that’s how you do a scare. Sure, movies with jump scares can still be scary, like Alien, Halloween, etc. Having something pop out at you with a loud noise in and of itself isn’t scary, whether it’s a “cat scare” or not. But everything about this scene...no wonder he said this part spooks him every time, I mean, look at that thing!

There's not many horror/thriller movies that actually get to me anymore but there's something about this one that seems to be on a totally different level.

      Under the Shadow is a good slow-burner movie! It relies on atmosphere and the general mood during post-revolutionary Tehran from the '80s, as well as a very well-made, creepy portrayal of djinn. ^^
      I saw it after watching Tigers and Aterrados, so I was all buttered up with fears and ravaged emotions from the previous movies and this movie helped cinch in me sleeping with the lights on as a grown adult.

      I'm the same way! I'm a huge wimp,I can't handle any kind of horror / gore / spooky shit haha. I find the stories themselves fascinating, but I can't sit through them myself,it's far too distressing for me. I love this channel because I can hear the story without having to actually experience the movie itself. Growing up my older sister actually did the same thing for me lol. She was into "scary stuff" so she'd watch things I was too scared to,then retell the story to me afterwards.
