3:35 The name of that thing is a Peltier element, it's used in very Small refrigerators, lab equipment, and other tools who require some cooling. Welcome
I used it in a 10 th grade science fair to make electricity out of Co2
And some PCs. I used one on an older PC when I felt a little adventurous and it turned out pretty well. The Peltier/Thermal Electric Cooler is a pretty cool element to experiment with.

@@cloudeyt4665 Depending on which side of the TEC you want to use for your project. You just have to either cool/heat the opposite side to keep the Peltier under control. I had fun using them on my PC a long time ago but it needed too much monitoring since if the cooling of the TEC failed, my CPU would toast very quickly. It was fun though.

Hijacking a top comment. This is a peltier, and while they certainly work, what is not described here is the very high power draw. That's one of the main reasons we stopped trying to cool processors with this in the 90s, so if you think this will work well for a mobile device, know that you're not going to power it from your phone because either it won't be powerful enough and/or the battery would drain in absolutely no time.
They need to sell that cooler separately because all the time I'm grabbing ice packs to cool off my phone 😂
