It's because most of the finals is just about battle of materials.. Pulling out powermove and signatures is gonna be too tiring . Meanwhile Issei is used to pulling out powermove in every round since r16. Kid is full of stamina

Issei is really starting to find his style. It's not just same old power moves. He is really killing it. In my opinion. I actually watch his battles now. Before I didn't because of what I just said.
