7 Daily Hip Stretches - Quick Routine

This quick routine goes through 7 different stretches that will help you gain more flexibility and mobility within your hips. I incorporate these into my daily yoga practice every time I step on my mat. I suggest doing this routine 2-3 times in a row, and notice the difference within your hips after taking a few rounds through. As always listen to your body, and take what you need for the day!

Hi! I actually just use my iPhone 13 for recording videos, and I have a Blue Yeti USB microphone I use for voiceovers. I just bought a Bluetooth microphone so I can talk while practicing rather than doing voiceovers all the time!
