Can't wait for a customer to bring his own expert.
It happened once i think somone brought in a famous guitar and said he knew the giy who played it and he came to the store
@@DanDan-ov2bk, good point.
Sometimes a seller doesn't need a museum curator or somebody with a PhD to distinguish whether an item is authentic or not -- all they need is the actual famous person with provenance.
Remember that one guy with his own diamond check machine? yeah didnt go so well :)
@@TheSpiikki help, need more info
Didn't that happen in one episode?
2:22 guy is thinking, "bro, stop pointing it at my face".
Lol he totally was pointing it at his face0
There are no percussion caps fitted... therefore cannot go bang.
@@BatCaveOz dude... Seriously, you don't do that.
Exactly how we know he is not an expert
Expert lol. What's rule no.1...
This seller had his hands surgically attached to his hips..
Panabo Dreamer 😂
Panabo Dreamer hahaha
A teapot
@@elyeroach4266 lmfao
No 💩.
Love the customers reaction with the barrel pointed in his face lol 🤣 2:24-2:30 I can read his mind this guy is an expert 🤨
Hahaha, yeah I caught that too. I don't care if it's on camera, unloaded etc, I don't care. Don't muzzle anyone!
@@scottcarter2362 eh if hes checking it out and unloaded i dont see it as a issue
03:51 they should rather be more afraid of that laugh than that gunshot
Rick: Clean-up? I'm taking ALL the Risk here.
theone2be33 Rick finally cleans lol in all the other clips they never help people with their stuff 😅
Let me call a guy who knows something about cleaning...
Literally nobody:
Rick: "I know a guy who knows a guy. hahahahahahahaha :´D"
I can give you the target we just shot and I'm risking it here.
Customer: I got a crack pipe used by Lindsay Lohan.
Rick: I don't know to much about these. Let me get an expert in here to tell me more about it. CHUM GET OVER HERE!!
Nice 😆😆😆😆
Ahaha
Probably one of the more funnier comments ive seen
Lol
He would call in Lindsay herself
2:21 Talks about how the rifle was dangerous because it could accidentally hit your hand, then points rifle directly at the seller's head.
It wasnt loaded... durrrrrrr
Wesley Hempoli if you handle firearms you should know not to point it at anyone loaded or not
@Wesley Hempoli - I can tell you know NOTHING about firearm safety.
@@TymeKey whats the logic of not pointing even without the ammunition.
There were no percussion caps fitted, thus 100% safe even if the chamber was loaded.
0:00 Goodmor- HeY hOw CaN I hElP YoU
i like alex he’s always so happy to look at the items
I always love the jokers that don't realize they're at a PAWN SHOP. You're not going to get retail price at a pawn shop.
I know. If an item has a $20,000 estimated auction value, all these jokers say anything under $18,000 is lowballing by Rick and Corey. And they think everything is worth a fortune.
Agree, but I'd start negotiations from there. Rick is gonna half what you ask for then go from there.
@@sydclark5581 This customer started the negotiations at the full estimated auction value. Not even considering the big auction fee or Rick's taxes and expenses. And many customers want 5X, 10X, even 50X what their item is worth.
In general, I don't know why it's so difficult for them to get the item appraised for themselves and place it in auction themselves. There is no reason why a pawn broker has to be brought into the equation. They are only there for desperate people trying to get quick money. Obviously there is no such urgency here.
@@peterjonas1545 people may not have the money for an apraisal/restorations etc or risk paying for auction fees especialy if it dosnt sell.
Also some people like been on TV
This guy literally read one thing on powerful body language and stuck with it
But why would he need that in the store and at the range? Plus the size of Ricks guard, that black guy at the range, doesnt look like powerful body language is his kryptonite.
@@pflaffik what 💀💀
@@pflaffik i think it was more about not getting haggled down too much on the price by rick
2:20 the expert went homicidal
Nobody laughs harder at Rick's jokes than Rick😂
I love the first 3 seconds
Charles: good mo-
Rick: hey how can I help ya
hispanic deer didn’t even have a chance to breathe. “I’d let you greet me but I’d be taking a huge risk” 🤦♂️
2:29 The dude is just pointing the rifle in the seller's face 😂
If there are no bullets in the rifle, I really don't see a problem.
Eveyone forgets that Rick earned more money just by people watching this videos..
Dude, that rifle is awesome! It may not be practical or even safe, but it's awesome.
Awesome piece of hardware 🎉🎉🎉 thanks for sharing the amazing show
Rick: I know someone who knows someone
pretty sure he stole that line from Chumlee dealing meth
Very cool. Thank you very much
The seller looks like a younger version of rick from another dimension 😆
"I don't think it's Colt's. But I know a guy who knows a guy who knows Colt"
20k at auction minus 30% commission leaves him with 14k after taking all the risk, time and effort.
He payed full blown retail.
I'd find a different auction house.
Sellers premium is never that.
I'm sure the experts always give super conservative estimates. 20k is probably the price on a bad day, so at worst he breaks even
Why auction Rick has a retailer premises so made a Conservative 30% minimum
Its because the seller has his hands on his hips. Powerful.
Sweet I've always loved the concept of one of these hunting size type rifles (whatever they're called) of a revolver type.
1:25 That "Expert" just flagged half the people in the store.
That desktop screensaver reminds me of Rick's childhood
1:01 Better Call Saul!!!
2:20 nice muzzle discipline R. Lee Ermey
I love your vids since 2016
Hi Ernecyl! Thanks for being a #PawnStars fan!
“People didn’t like them they would blow your hand off”.
“Can you fire it”
“I would like to fire it”.
Dude you are so dumb.... they put one bullet in it. Its only dangerous with multiples in the chambers duhhhhhhh
@@wesleyhempoli5548 also he didn't put his hand on the barrel of the rifle when he fired it, which is what he was saying would cause it to blow your hand off.
@@nn-nu8hf well it doesnt "cause it"...but if your hand is there when it's fired, then, yes, that could happen if there are other unspent rounds loaded in the chamber when the rifle is discharged.
@@wesleyhempoli5548 also he didnt hold the barrel
Some Mothers children!!!!🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔...... just goes to show that some are smarter than others..
Alex is one of my 5 favorite experts.
This is the only item that will ever have a value higher than what the customer want, and he gets more than what he was going in for.
Rick's laugh sounds like a car tryna start
3:40 he was NOT having it 😭🤣🤣🤣
“Can you meet us at the range now?” *everyone changes clothes for some reason
Rick asked "Can you meet us there TOMORROW."
Appreciate this guy helping the family of one of his students. Hope that claim was true.
Always watched Pawn Stars on TV. I think Rick is the best.
Alex always strolls in like he was just smoking right outside door.
They always have Rick cleaning lol
Chain fires were a potential problem but the bigger issue was the hot gas and flame escaping from the cylinder gap every time you fired it. These revolving carbines were really meant to be fired with both hands on the stock, that's why they don't have wood forends.
The expert really helped to raise the price..
Alex is usually pretty fair
Love hearing him say "we'll get you paid" lol
Weird thing is that when I was a kid, we had a realistic-looking toy rifle with just such a revolving chambers thing.
So I always believed it was a rather commonly used rifle in the Wild West
now I hear it was a failure and never got on.
I had one, but was plastic, otherwise same style
MAN I LOVE THIS SHOW
2:32 guy is like stop pointing that at my plastic surgery lol
The seller has seen a couple up close for sure.
It's rather strange as I was sure that I had seen one of these rifles in a Western film years ago. I had no idea of their rarity.
There are plenty of similar models produced by smaller companies. None catch on, but still, this one is that rare because is from Springfield.
The seller stood their like captain America with his hands on his hips.....
Rick: I know someone that knows someone
"I don't have any idea what this really cool antique is worth so I'll sell it at a pawnshop."
Rick : let me just talk to a friend to see which way is the best to dry bum you.
Customer : okidoki, thats fine, i can't wait.
Wow this is so awesome and cool 😎
Rick is the funniest guy in the world. Ask him, he'll tell you.
4:40 rick’s attemp to make a joke, that only he would laugh at
Finally someone laughed at 1 of his jokes
Dude looks like LEONARD "GOMER PYLE" LAWRENCE from full metal jacket
reminds me of the pistol with the really long barrel, the joker pulls out of his pants in batman
Thats the highest ive ever seen rick go
Real nice find! Found mine in a vending machine!
Lucky us, i got a gumball. It was awesome, a Flashmob broke out in spontaneous Riverdance and zeppeliners flew by with banners.
The dickering//trading on the price is my favorite part. I'm surprised that Rick paid $14,000.
I really want to know where to buy those tiny fishing lights. Everything I can see are not small enough to fit in a barrel...
It is interesting what I spot in recent time. Rick when he makes deal almost never look on person.
Let me call on my rare revolving rifle expert
Rick looking like some peaky blinder loool
I notice when Rick goes ummmm will get you paid ..means he scored!!
Alex always like to shoot anything
You need to record with more volume!
Cracks me up when people think there going to get what it’s worth from a pawn shop
Rick is losing his mind because he could have gotten it for $10,000 and ended up paying more 😂😂😂
Rick- I'm taking all the risk here. What's the best you can do.
Seller-Well you're expert said it was worth 5k, I think 2.5k is a fair price.
Rick- Yeah man, the best I can do is 100 bucks. It just doesn't make sense to me to go over that.
this show should be called, let me call my buddy
One of the few experts in the show gives him seller fair price estimated.
And Rick still had to pay for framing.
Rick: I dont like to take advantage of people
Jers GAMING and he doesn’t. My cousin had drugs put in there drink. And was raped multiple times over 2 days.
@@Adventure_fuel what?
Seeing that rifle, remind me to Outlaw from COD game
Does Rick have a hearing aid or is someone, aka the show's producer, telling him what to say 🤣
Seller: I’ll take 10,000
Rick: best I can do is $10 and sleep with your wife and even then I’m taking all the risk here.
10 dollars seems more than fair
Please come up with something original.
Nice rifle
Rare never-before seen footage of a black hole at 3:01
There’s no way I would have parted with that for anything less than $20,000. That’s upwards to a $30,000 rifle.
Instant cash is point of pawn shop
Long Lost Brothers...
Were the shop is located. If I get an chance I will visit this pawn stores
You ever watch Rick's face as he walks away ...he looks totally disgusted
Rick hay alex.
Alex hi i am aleX😂😂😂
Mr. hands on hips
The expert has more hair then the 2 of them together
0:11 sounds like metal slug
Rock was pretty excited to make that deal, probably better then 20 at the auction
Until today I didn’t knew Rick wore hearing aid
rick forgot to mention to the seller that he has to frame it too
Love this show because it teaches young men and women the value of a handshake and your word. Not many people stay true to their handshake or to their word these days and it’s very disappointing.
For once the expert actually raised the price, was beginning to think they were just there to knock money off
Springfield?, I've never seen one like that
Internet research makes everybody an expert
That's the same dude from the samurai video.
Bore butter in all the chambers stops chain fires.
Legend says the student never saw the money this guys got for the rifle....
