Hi, can they assemble very rare parts like esp32 module to it?
Try to use additional masking trafaret for precise positioning of parts on surface of pcb. It can be helpful for small chips like bga or qfn
Also i recomend to use heat owen instead of bottom heater, because plastic connectors can smelt due to overheat from bottom
Please upload the second part of homemade DLP resin 3D printer
I have an idea for you.. 3D print a tray that allows you to place the SMD parts in upside down (heights of each section will need to be lower or higher so that the parts sit level at the top (bottom of the parts)). The tray will also need some kind of alignment slot for the pcb. Add solder paste to board. lower pcb upside down onto upside down parts (everything should be aligned).
Then you can turn the entire tray over and lift the tray off of the PCB with the parts still in place on the PCB.
There might even be enough 'stickiness' to the solder paste that you can use a system to lower the PCB and then raise it again with the parts still stuck to it.
Amazing video as always . It would be intresting to turn an old 3d printer into a pick and place, make an automatic 3d printed feeder for the smd components, and make some sort of 3d printed jig in order to perfectly place the stencil. Also you can make a pcb with pads in order to automate the testing process
Awesome video. Process of soldering is so mesmerising
Hey buddy, great video, you can use an Arduino and a couple of cd4016/cd4066 to short the pads individually. Then by reading the o/p voltage using Arduino, you can automate the entire testing process.
That is a great method. I will keep it in my own notebook. Thanks.
Really interesting video, thank you from Australia!
Nice.
You video goes beyound what I planned to do for my JLCPCB video.
I guess i can buy your boost converter now.. really this Channel is simply Amazing
Nice looking final parts!
Nice 👍🏻👍🏻
You're a great engineer
Brilliant video... Wish you well and stay safe
Cool project guide, well done
A very fine explanation of the process steps.
Thanks for the great video brother 👍🏻
Sam 🎵✌🏻
Excellent video!

Thanks for this useful information.
This video is magical❤️👏👌
Genial, gracias por los vídeos!
Great video thank you for sharing
Interesting, loved it.
Woww u going next level
great work
Excellent!
Excellent
Very well explained 👍👍👍
Thank you!
Great Video
You can screw 10x20cm copper plate 3mm thick on the iron to have better temperature spread.
super intresting!
Whats'happ. my friend? Welcome back.
This is intersting 👍🏼
Love it
Sir I pray to God 1 million subscribers 🙏🙏
So cool
That's so cool and informative, thanks. What actually are those modules?
nice video
Great..
Nice
Nice ❤️❤️❤️
Please create a video making of DIY megger. Thank you
10:16... I always start by placing the smallest/lowest parts first.
I do recommend this
Recomendarías cubrir con resina epoxica el circuito para evitar que te lo copien?
cool 🔥🔥
Very interesting video(s) . There is one thing I don't see right through. What about restrictions for selling diy made electronics in Europe . Doesn't the device needs a CE sign or some of the kind ? Greeting from Germany, keep up your good work :)
Someday I’d like to do the same thing, but Maybe not just parts for electronics, but some gadgets. Do you get much profit out of it? Did you advertise yourself somewhere outside of CZcams
You know maybe an improvement for a second version is to make the boost converter controllable by a microcontroller beside soldering the pads
Very interesting Amigo. I just want to suggest, in case you will make newer version of it, or you want to reproduce that your buck converter, it is better you add another output, 3.7V. This is will meet to the lithium ion battery.
Waiting for Future Videos
Hope the global chip shortage doesn't affect you too much. The IC you use seems to be out of stock on Mouser. Looks great, though!
Cool! but how to automate component placement?
please make pcb heatsink led projects
Hola Electronoobs, estoy a punto de terminar ingieneria electronica y tengo algo de experiencia en pcbs, ofreces trabajo?
can you please make a video about using pcb designing software and how to make a correct file ?
Yes, This would be very helpful.
Hi,,,,please continue make BadAss Tank, with your 3d print remote
Please make diy single coil buck + boost conveter in attiny 85 version
For self powered breadboard
Wow those are so tiny! Amazing. I need for a project that will draw between 300 to 800ma at 5V. Regulated from 9V. Will these modules you fabricated do the job? 7805 igets so hot and the case I am using is not vented.
Bro your videos are awesome but I am from a non-engineering background but I am interested in this....please could you suggest how to begin learning about electronics?
@1:48 roght PCb is audio DAC for DSD signals only I belive. SHOW US MORE
Do you made vedio of this circuit diagram
what if you use that technique to make solid state relays that fit on the place of a mechanic one ?
👍👍
nice...
👍
Plz make battery management system for lithium Phosphate battery
Hi great person, I want to know why you have not chosen V cut to make the panel. This V cut would have utilized the wastage space between pcb to fill more pcbs. I normally do this Vcut option to make more pcbs in 100x100 restriction with JLC pcb. This Vcut option is available with easyeda.
V cut orders is not accepted by PCB manufacturer unless you do 1000s of PCBs
I kind of understand the process of ordering a board. But unless you've done it before or are an electrical engineer, it's difficult to know how a lot of those buttons change how the PCB comes out in the end.
I could ask a question you may not like, have done, got the CE and FCC paper work? most of it should be very easy for the board, as most should be able to get from the buck reg datsheet/manaul
no, i did not
Do such module have to undergo somekind of certification before being sold?
Dude! Next time make a semi-automatic pick&place machine, which places the same component in 28 different places.
That is a great idea!
That's a great but complex idea!
@@ELECTRONOOBS Maybe for other people, but you have a knack of making things as simple as possible and simplifying your designs by using ready-made modules. e.g. if you make a clever self-aligning 4-sided mechanical gripper for SMD resistors then you will avoid the need for machine vision which would be necessary for correcting the positions of crookedly picked up resistors.
What's the quiescent current of these buck converters please ??
How do you create the circuit design with components that aren't listed, I've done very simple projects before, sensors and arduinos etc, but I wanted to use some TI LM5013-Q1, but I couldn't find it in the software to add to the circuit diagram, Which software are you using? perhaps Fusion360's electronics function's aren't up to spec.
Perhaps another software would solve it.
Can you suggest a best book to study Electronics ? I need better intuition. I am currently trying AOE Book.3ed. but hard to get intuition. Can you suggest better mindset to study it ?
Why you does not build a pnp cnc!
To do it fast build PNP device
Do this circuit affected by input variation
No
What happned to the 3D resins printer
Nice💖💝💘
6:41 - Shipping time is 26-66 days to Europe? Wow, I thought they would get boards in your hands in a week or so.
To Poland i got it after 7 days. You have to choose more expensive shipping option
Why didn't you have PCBWay do the whole board. (Pick and place and soldering also). Was it price? How much would they have charged? Thank you.
We'll see that on a different video i hope...
How to design IC
I Love't so much
Do you ship to the U.S ??
Hi sir my stm32 programming problem
I’d love to buy your product, but unfortunately shipping to Poland is quite pricy. Btw How to get a coupon?
Hi there. A coupon for PCBWAY?
No, for your shop
lol its not. use dhl or ups.
you need a pick and place machine
What's with the banana?
2hats up my friends! Welcome back! Electronoobs and electrobooms is better Tham. Having boobs in my rooms. I building your t12 v2 ststion bro thanks so much.
SELL THAT AT A CHEAPER PRICE THAN CHINESE MASS PRODUCTION.....
I can't buy
Do you get an error?
@@ELECTRONOOBS
No error
I am In India
Shipping charges are 5 times of products price
@@ELECTRONOOBS
Can you please tell me how to upgrade this circuit to get
5 and 10 volt option
Is there any resistor value Change in schematic
Your all projects are opensource. Who will buy it from you....😂 You're a good Engineer, but not a good Buisness man.
I am going to buy it.
Repetitive images are boring.
Excellent
