It looks really good but for gold non metallics I suggest a yellowish brown colour on the darker parts

I thought your channel's name was hobby with oil. After realising my mistake, I had a chuckle and subbed anyway :)

I mean for a name you could do Domitus Aurelius for a really greek sounding name.
Which would be an ironic name because it would: “mean having been tamed” Aurelius. And he is definitely not tame in this model.

I don't get it. Are all the harsh comments a 40k thing? I know nothing about warhammer, but came here for the oil painted miniature (yep, I misread the channel name as Hobby With Oil). Despite my embarrassing illiteracy, I enjoyed my time here, and I think that the finished model, the sword in particular, looks stellar!

I really appreciate that you're pushing yourself and setting a high bar for your work, but your NMM needs more practice TBH. The placement and contrast of the highlights could have used more refinement and the yellows you chose were not the best to convey golden metal. More brown tones were needed instead of ultra bright yellow.

Ugh. The x% of viewers aren't subscribed is my biggest pet peeve with CZcamsrs. Why not just ask people if they'd consider subscribing if they like you? Why the guilt trip and blaming of people who may have never seen your channel before? I know this is my first video of yours. It's needlessly confrontational. It makes me not want to subscribe. In fact, I probably won't now. Please stop doing this.

Dude, humble yourself a bit. The title is an insult to the original sculpt, considering the mediocre job you delivered here. I have tried to give you the benefit of the doubt, but seeing you go all out in the title, just for slapping wings on it and giving it a messy yellow (hardly NMM) paintjob is nuts.
I know, you're trying to look confident and jump the band wagon with Squidmars titles, but jeez, get some introspection. You're not nearly good enough to brag like that.

The title is not implying anything to the original sculpt. it is a better job then what Gw is doing for Blood Angels. They still havent released any new Blood Angle sculpts so any custom work. I think your find, "just slapping on wings" as you put it just wouldnt work. it takes skill and time to do making everything fit and carefully removing part that dont. .

Looking awesome, and, how is it wrong to be proud of work, you keep doing as you are. Your painting skills are good, as is anyone's.

Boring and uninspirational convernion. Remove BT crosses, slap some wings on top - hey guys, this is BA champion. You didn't bother even to remove chain
