Q: Where is your accent from?
A: I was born and raised to Toronto, Ontario, Canada but moved to Essex in England when I was 14 years old. Hence my mixed up accent.
Q: Do you work? What do you work as?
A: I worked in Marketing and PR but I now focus on my vlog full time.
Q: Who’s in your family?
A: I have been married to Matt for since 2009, he is the love of my life! We have three sons - Fraser (born 2010), Caleb (born 2013) and Jackson (born in 2016).
Q: What camera do you use to film?
A: I film my videos with the Canon G7X and a Canon EOS M50.
Q: What lighting do you use?
A: I use natural lighting 90% of the time and a softbox light during the winter / dark evenings.
Q: Where do you get music from?

Yay! I've been waiting for this video! We've been going to Center Parcs for the last 4 years and going twice this year but there's always something new to learn.
My tip is for Woburn - if you have under 3 toddler, the pool is open from 9am on a Saturday.

What a great idea for a video! We went to the winter wonderland in Dec and loved it. I was booking our return for this December whilst we were queuing to leave the car park! Such a special place with small kids. Love your idea for the cook evening meals and lunch out, a much better way to enjoy the time and the lodge x hope you and your boys had another great time there x

Just love watching you and your lovely family. Your boys are adorable and so loving but they’re fun too. (I have 1 girl and 3 boys all grown up now). I know what a handful boys can be but they bring so much joy too.
It’s also lovely just to share such a lovely family vlog on CZcams that doesn’t contain any nastiness or name calling and worse than that bullying. There’s too much of that going on right now and CZcams ought to put their foot down and ban these people.

Ah we love magic olly! We are frequent visitors over the years, counting down to Elveden next month, might be worth adding if you want earlier sit down times for dinner and/or large parties it’s often best to book your restaurants before you go. We often buy our fire logs in home bargains or b&m before we go, about £2 for three 😊

We're thinking of booking Whinfell Forest in March for a Monday-Friday break with out 1year old son. We have been as a couple 5 times and love it so want to have that break with our son too. LOVE all the tips you have given. One thing we do is either try and bring our own bikes or if not we hire them. Its worth it as if your lodge is in one of the further areas away from the main areas of centre parcs, you can use the bikes to get back and forth. Yes walking is just as good but if you've been doing quite a tiring activity you can cycle back to your lodge. X and the carriers for the little ones look really handy! X

When we’re at Center parcs (I usually go with a group of friends and my mums friends) we just spend the day in the pool literally from it opening to it closing then go back to the lodge and stay up til like 2 every night. It’s so good. I love going x
We are going next week we've got the exclusive lodge with a sauna and games room!! So excited. Hope you have a great time ☺

I loved the cabana when we went. It was 6 adults there and my daughter who was turning one while we were there. As it was between 6 of us (my husband and myself and both of our parents) it was a decent price. It was a great space for my daughter to crawl about and have some lunch. That being said, I bet she will be more interested in the swimming once she's a bit older and I doubt we will bother then.

We are going to Longleat in September and Woburn again in March. They are great getaway without getting away and we love it. If you get the fire logs make sure you rung matches as they are not included.

Olive oil (or your choice) for cooking! I always forget that 🤦♀️. Plus a wok or bigger type pan is handy. Great tips Emily as always xx

I took dishwasher tablets and extra toilet rolls last time from when you said in a very old vlog when caleb was dinky lol. We got the logs delivered last time and they were a godsend. We just eat out in the evening,but next time I would have the odd meal in as Harry was tired at that time,so it can either go one way or another 😳. Xx
I’ve went to centre Parcs before we don’t tend to bring food because it takes up a lot of space we usually get it at the shop that’s near by because the ones I’ve been to they had shops pretty close by but if you have quite a lot of space then I guess you could bring food too

Hi Emily, thank you for this! I am very excited that Center Parcs is opening in Ireland this summer and we are hoping to save up and take a weekend with our kiddies. We've never been to Center Parcs before but I've always thought the ones in England look amazing and I always love watching your videos on them. Just wondering if you need to bring normal bathroom and hand towels or are they provided in the lodge? Thanks again and Happy New Year!

We usually bring paper towels when we stay at a condo.

Would you (or anyone else reading) recommend going with just a two year old, or is it more for the older kids? We are travelling to the UK from Australia in March and I'm really keen for a few days of toddler friendly accommodation. But not sure if we'd be better off just continuing with the 'touristy site-seeing' route..
