what an amazing bus! ive always preferred shorter buses, and i love all the natural colours and materials! feels like a van but with lots more space!
Front drawer and shoe storage in the entry way “mudroom” area. Game changer!! It’s where all that stuff wants to land anyway. Great design! Love your home! Thank you for giving us a tour. Safe travels!

Very skool! I’m open to ideas for my own and this is one of the better builds I’ve seen. I’m a minimalist so I won’t need as much storage. I love it and the Johnny Cash inspired name 👍

I like the kitchen especially the colour. Their cushion covers in the couch are beautiful: I've tried to find something like this in France but they are so expensive.

Always freaks me out to see cats with vandwellers or RV fulltimers. Doesn't it worry you that you might lose it?! I'd be sooooo paranoid!
It would help the curved curtains if you put a long magnet along the end.

He goes into the woods to explore for a little bit and comes back to check on us every hour or so! We like to think that he also responds to our calls but who knows 😂

The curtain on the bottom of your sink is whats in my mind aside from velcro etc this is what im thinking to do.
Oh and your cat is very similar to a cat my daughter has had in mind for the past month.

In spots like this, do you let the cat roam around outside? I think ours would get eaten in 4 minutes.
Yes we let him roam around in open areas like this but we make sure that he’s always in before dark
So in the winter, you don't shower? I'll bet you love the summer time.
interesting build and great video. Could you encourage people to include fuel mileage (mpg) in their tours? that is one thing I never hear about.
It depends on the size and weight of the buss. My 5 window short bus gets around 10mpg.

The bus itself cost about $1.6k and the conversion (including the bus) was around $10k total

gas mileage on skoolies aren't great, ours gets about 10 miles to the gallon!
