Thanks! ✅
At this time, only two pairs of Class 720s were in service with C2C, two in the morning peak and two in the evening peak. These units were stored at East Ham depot during the daytime.
🚄 INFORMATION KEY
Train Numbers - e.g. 43032 or 800110 - These are train numbers which are specific to that train. No trains can be numbered the same. Locos are 5 digit numbers where the first two numbers are the class of train e.g. 67010 would be a class 67. Multiple Units are 6 digit numbers where the first three numbers are the class of train e.g. 390154 would be a class 390. Click Here to learn more

Headcodes - e.g. 1F32 or 5M00 - These are used by the railway signallers to determine where trains are on the network. Every train within a region has a specific four code ID. Click Here to learn more
➤ en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Train_r...
Set Number - e.g. WB64 or NL04 - These are semi-permanent loco hauled coach formations which are kept together for formalities. The first two letters usually indicate the maintenance depot responsible e.g. OC is Old Oak Common, LA is Laira. The number indicates the rake number.

AWSOME got to have a look in the cab! What a bonus! Excellent 😃
Lovely driver and second man, a father and son both working for GBRf! They asked me for a picture in front of 69004 so I asked for a cab view! 🤣 I’ll try and get some more cab views in upcoming videos but it’s not always easy. Thanks Duaine.
Welcome Ross 😃
Great work always mate
True, it was pretty cool 😃😎
And a look in the cab great
Im enjoying these videos 📹.🗿🔥
Bit of S Stock for you in this one 😃👍🏻
Thanks starlifeStudios
Brilliant video Ross. Nice to catch TnT 69s on RHTT and 37s on the test train plus you nearly got blocked there 20:14. Thanks for sharing mate
I knew it was coming up behind me but as you can probably tell, I didn’t expect it to be so close! 😂 Thanks for watching Arnold 👍🏻
@@StarlifeStudios Lol
Nice one!
NEW VIDEO HYPE!! Always look really forward to these :D
Amazing video as always Ross! Great to see the class 69s and 37s! 👍
Thanks ENC, I planned for the maximum amount of variety and I’m glad it worked out! 😃
69 :)
@@StarlifeStudios Yes, seemed to work out OK! I forgot to mention, the 720s were good too!
Great railway video as always
Thanks Imperialist, a bit of London Underground too 😃👍🏻
@@StarlifeStudios All in a day's work
Nice. I enjoy your videos.
Thanks Sophie! I’m glad you do 😃👍🏻
Nice one Ross, great to see you film on my local line, would you be able to do Pitsea or Laindon in the future with something special like a railtour or freight train in the area? ❤
Congratulations on 15K Subscribers btw :)
Thanks Darik! I plan to do Pitsea when a rail tour is planned (rare in Essex Thameside) or when the RHTTs are back since they tend to pass there a lot. Glad I could visit your local line 👍🏻
It was nice to have those 720s at the end, to break the monotony of endless 357s. That cab view was great too!
Thanks John. I saw both pairs of 720/6s at East Ham depot on the way to Upminster so it was great to see them in use. They look good as well, they even make the 357s look quite old! Favour for a favour, the driver and his son wanted a picture in front of 69004 so I agreed as long as I got a cab view! 🤣👍🏻
You finally did c2c!! Thank You Ross!
Request: Elm Park
Thanks. I would like to film at more C2C stations (like Barking) but their staff are usually extremely anti-trainspotter so I’m only really prepared to try it when it’s a smaller station. That’s a good suggestion for C2C at speed, I’ll look into it! 😃👍🏻
Gotta love that cab! Great video as always Starlife 😁
Thank you TrewStudios! 😃👍🏻
Always loving your content 😊 watching from South Korea
Very nice video! 👍
Thanks Lorenzo! Glad you enjoy this weeks video. 😃
@@StarlifeStudios No problem! 😃
Great video as always keep it up 👍
Thanks, will do!
Great video.
Nice video
All I know about this line is that it used to be Table No 1 in the National Rail Timetable in the days when it was a big, thick book!
It kinda sounds like a Class 375, 377 and 387 Eurostars
Wait, I NEVER knew that Class 357's had buckeye couplers!
Nice Video, As Always, 1st!
Thanks Chase! 😃

Nice vid
Thank you 🙂
cool :)
very nice :)
Thank you 😃⭐
Great video as always, nice to see on the cab of the 69, I like these locos but much prefer the 56s, as always I have a question which is something i’m quite intrigued about is how do you get your titles with the loco information etc, they look very fancy
I prefer the 56s too but it’s interesting to see how the cabs have changed (or not changed) to make way for the new control equipment. My titles are all made in Adobe After Effects, I have a template which has various different operators/rules and when given the information for each train, I can render each of them separately. All I have to do then is edit the videos and pop them in at the right points! Glad you like them 🙂
I’ve seen the new Class 720/6 Aventra trains and they do look really nice. And I have been to Upminster lots of times especially when swapping from c2c to the District Line. And the London Overground Class 710.
The 720s look really fancy on this route compared with the 357s! Mind you, I think they still look really modern for nearly 25 years old!
Really lucky to go on the class 69 Cab! How was Upmister ross?
What can I say, I played my cards right! I really liked Upminster, it’s a bit of a rare station since C2C and London Underground are not separated so the footbridge at the east end can be used to access most platforms. I recommend it if you are nearby 😃
Could you Possibly Trainspot at Grays, Chafford Hundred or Purfleet Next?
👍
Hey man, love the videos. I love trains and have a really good passion for it. I have a question.
So when you go to these different stations, film a video how do you get home? Do you just jump on a train or what? Also, I really appreciate how you travel all around the UK for us to watch your videos. Big fan and keep up the good work.
Thanks for the kind comments! I’m glad you have a passion for it, we have some great variety in this country.
To answer your question, It’s usually a bit of mix. I live in the midlands so I’m fortunate to be a fairly equal distance to everywhere. This video for example was a drive to the outskirts of London (Stanmore) and then train for the rest. Most of the time, I get the train into London since the underground and overground are more than enough to get where you want to be! I’m glad you appreciate the hard work I put in, it’s worth it for me! 😃👍🏻
@@StarlifeStudios Thank you for that reply. I have a video recommendation. Could you do more of the South Western Railway? I love South Western Railway & Southern trains. Because o South Western Railway is the train I always get (I Live In Surrey) And would love to see more of the South Western Railway trains. If you can’t, that’s fine but it would be a good video idea!!
Thanks for the effort you put into the videos.
@FTF93 My current plan for SWR is to increase the videos when the 701s start replacing the 455s. I have long wanted to film more of SWR (Guildford, Dorking, Richmond) but some routes have little or no variety and that makes it difficult to stay entertaining. I will say that SWR is in the next video though… 😉
@@StarlifeStudios Thanks Man. Yeah with South Western Railway for me the routes are pretty boring haha.
London Waterloo - Windsor & Eton
Windsor & Eton - London Waterloo
London Waterloo - Reading (Very Rarely)
Reading - London Waterloo (Very Rarely)
London Waterloo - Weybridge
Weybridge - London Waterloo.
Those are the only routes at my station.
I live In Ashford Surrey so pretty boring routes. Looking forward to the next video.
Have another question haha, how long are you at the stations for?
How do you know where each train is going?
For example I saw your video at Clapham Junction I Think it was ‘Evening Trains At Clapham Junction’ and you were on platform 9 (The Platform Were Trains Go To Guildford & Waterloo) and you were showing trains on like platform 7 & 8 like how do you know where they are going?
I don’t know if that question makes sense it’s kind of hard to explain.
Love the vids.
@FTF93 I’m usually on stations for about 2 hours but it can be longer if I’m waiting for a specific train or there’s not enough to fill a typical video length.
I use realtimetrains.co.uk for all my info. In that Clapham junction video, I could tell which train each of them were just by the times they had shown as arriving or leaving the station at.
PLEASE DO ANOTHER TRAINS AT SPEED FOR 2024!
There will be one for 2024 😃👍🏻
Would be cool to see a video on Dover Priory
Brilliant video would you be able to film Carlisle please?
@StarlifeStudios Rail Videos, can you do the video on Barking
I have a location idea. London Barking station. Reason: it's an interesting station because freight trains run from there to China. It would be cool if you caught one for the video
I have tried to film at Barking before but the staff aren't interested in Trainspotters. They either tell you to leave or ask if you've been given permission by C2C. If anyone has the ability to make this possible, I would absolutely love to!
@@StarlifeStudios I see. Good luck then. I love watching your videos btw
Nice video what camera do you use to film this
I use a Panasonic HC-VX1. Thanks for watching! 😃
@@StarlifeStudios cool it takes great footage and I’d quite like to stop using my iPhone 11 to film. It’s decent but doesn’t zoom very far and can be quite low quality some times
