She was molested as a child, bullied at school, emotionally neglected by her father, thrown out the house by her mother, betrayed by her church. And just look how she came out of all of this... These videos have changed my relationship with my daughter. I work a LOT to provide a good home for my family but feel I do not spend enough time with my kids, these videos through the pain I feel watching them, and through the obvious pain Mark feels making them, have made me more conscious and changed the way I interact with my daughter and I am so grateful. It always amazes me how parents in the US are eager to kick their children from home. 15 and 16 is really a young age for a child to be completely alone, almost everyone who has fallen into the wrong path is because they lacked support from their parents at an early age, I'm 27 now I have a career and consistent Salary but every time I go home to visit, I come back to my house with extra money, my parents always slip money in my bag without me knowing even though they know I'm financially stable.
Parents in the US should take it easy with the early independence thing with their kids.

When she spoke about her previous sexual trauma in adolescence caused her to question her sexuality as she grew up. This is something I have struggled with since being raped by my boyfriend at 15 years old. It is something that I don’t think is often spoken about. In my experience, I do feel like it also led me to become a hyper sexual being to ‘gain a sense of control’ over my sexual experience. With time I then went to the far end of the spectrum & became very non sexual. I’m in trauma therapy, doing EMDR now. They could have very easily helped her to not do what she started doing so many years ago already. And all people need to understand that if they can't get money doing "better things", well, then, they will have to lower their values if they don't want to wait or go without. And in this case and many others, the values have not formed until after they have been corrupted in the minds. Once corrupted within the mind, 99% will not be able to get back out! Only time and different ideas to make money in different ways will allow them to get out because they are already hooked to the money!

She slowly opened up to me and when the stories started coming there was a lot of heartbreaking stuff to hear. It was really hard to hear from her. Sometimes women are so young and so confused and they are just looking for a man to save them and when they get that mentality they end up finding the worst ones that mask as if they are there to help but they are just there to exploit. That goes for anyone you meet in life. Some people are really just full of shit and want the attention or validation. But I give THESE people who come on here a lot more credit than most. It must be incredibly difficult but also brave to go on a public platform and openly talk about all the isolating life experiences you had growing up that correlate with why you chose to live the "unconventional lifestyle" in the first place. Once they've been chewed up and spat back out by their family and society for so many years due to for example a long time drug addiction, less than 10% of those addicts are actually going to seek out treatment for themselves. For those who do get treatment, they have a 60% relapse rate in their first year of recovery to fight with every single day while learning how to experience life again. Now for the rest, they just have to white knuckle it until they reach the end of their drug careers inevitably and in whatever form that it wants to take. These people putting themselves on blast for what they do to survive on the streets are some strong ass individuals that deserve all the opportunities in life to get better so they can help the next addict or homeless person who's still suffering. Even if their story does have some embellishments, it most likely stems from some version of the truth still. Being homeless is lonely and dehumanizing so sometimes all they really need in that moment is to be seen and feel heard without judgment by someone.

Mark, thanks for taking the time, and risk, to bring these stories to light. I rank your interviews right along with Letterman's 'My Next Guest....', which I love. These are as good or better, because of you. To point a camera at someone and let them tell the story is so bold, and I absolutely love it. (Do I smell a Netflix series?)
Aunderaxx, I stumbled through 6 decades of religious influences, largely christian in nature, only to discover a little over 2 years ago that we have been worshiping a creature, rather than the creator. I should start a channel and teach what I've learned, but I'll just say this. According to that narrative by which believers wield judgment, it says that God prospers us, so if business is good, Praise God. I love you girl, I mean, I love you, wish you could hear my voice say it to you, it's true. Best of success. Listen to your heart, and pay attention to your gut, both are far wiser than anyone else on the planet, because both are directly connected to the Father of Light. Find those who you can trust and keep them close. Let go of the internal narrative that talks of the past and know that you are light. Be blessed girl.

If you made a decision to involve yourself in a certain lifestyle by choice you can not claim victim after the fact. She was a Jehovah’s Witness. After she talked about not being perfect enough, and how the higher ranking guy would go from district to district, that is all I needed to know. She was talking about the Circuit Overseer who visits different Kingdom Halls. I could be wrong, but as someone who grew up in that religion, I’m almost completely sure that’s what she’s talking about.

Most definitely, she is a JW. I used to attend the Kingdom Hall as a child as well.

Yeah. Better off out of that crazy set up. Only religion worth trusting is Buddhism.

⚖️ Most emphatically so. ...She can definitely talk to me if she ever needed to.

@@mattalford389 …no… believe in Jesus Christ, the only perfect sacrifice for our sins.

Dear Aundreaxx - you are amazing. Going through all that and still being so wonderful with such a high moral and such a big heart and so intelligent and beautiful - you are a miracle. And girl - I hear you; so many men and women make so many places unsafe. I really hope you find your tribe and your safe place. I found mine with musicians, writers and artists.
I wish you all the best ❤️
    Love from Roxy

Shes sends a really beatiful message about being yourself and being okay with that. Thank you for your honesty, everything you have been through is not your fault. I found it really admiring to see her recognize her own actions when talking about bullying her brothers such a gentle kind human being.
