SATA Air Acores flight from Flores to Corvo (full flight)

Flying from Flores to Corvo in a Dash 8-200 of SATA Air Acores. The flight only takes about 5 minutes. There were only 5 passengers on board, so we were told to sit in the last 3 rows of the plane.
Afterwards, the plane flew around the entire crater in the island (which I watched from the ground) on its onward journey.

A great video. Lucky you. How much was the plane ticket? And the boat ticket coming back?

Plane ticket was 39 Euros. I don't know how much the boat ticket cost - somewhere between 5 and 10 Euros, I think, but I am not sure.

@@windowseatplease 39 euros is not too bad considering there were only three people on the plane and it must have been an incredible experience. I imagine the boat only runs during the summer. The island of Corvo is tiny. I guess it is just the volcano crater. Flores is about four times larger and has the lake with the waterfall right behind it. I imagine you arrived first at Ponta Delgada or at Angra do Heroismo and then visited the different islands. You were lucky to have made that trip before the Pandemic started.

I did this trip by boat....plane is faster but only just!

I'd left it too late: the boat was sold out when I tried buying a ticket two days before the trip. I took the boat back though.
