- Background sound is high A quick introduction to Capcom vs Snk 2. Where I discuss the main style and mechanics of the game for beginners. I apologies for the audio discrepancy, didn't realize it until after finished recording the vid.
I do plan on making a video that goes into a break down of each individual Groove.
If you have any suggestions feel free to leave a comment.
Also if people are interested there is a CVS2 group on facebook

As well as a Discord where small group of people try to play this online with emulators

Thank you
Haven't played this game since I owned it on Gamecube as a kid. Your vids are extremely helpful to people like me trying to get back into it. Keep it up!
I'm a new Fighting gamer and I'm starting with Capcom vs snk2 as it was a game I played in my childhood, but I never understood how the game really worked, thanks for these tutorials!
One thing I did miss is that the health of the character that wins, gains a percentage of life back that is dependant on how much time is left. The more time that is left the more health you recover when that character faces the next character.
I wonder how that affects the math for the ratio options. For example, a ratio 4 character will heal more total health right? Maybe this helps make up for the fact that you get less total health with a ratio 4 character compared to picking 3 characters with lower ratios.
A real quick thing on the 2P cross up glitch. Any move that throws the enemy into the corner (feet first) will allow for the cross up glitch eg: Vice air sleeve etc...
best yt video title of All Time
Just getting into this game, I missed it back in the day. Thank you for this series, Imma need it !
I know I'm late to this video but the audio volume from you is like level 2 compared to the game level 10.
I'm sure you've updated since in your most current videos. But this series is the first I've seen of yours.
Subscribed.
To compensate for the audio imbalance, I suggest using the auto generated Closed Captioning. It's not perfect, but it helps where the game audio really drowns things out. If you're familiar with the general terminology it should work well for you.
Brian Kiczula tnx, i fixed this in the next videos by using a different recording software. Which allowed me to adjust voice audio
Ah yes. It’s not a stun meter but a Gardner
One thing I haven't yet figured out, though I am still kind of a casual, is how a "dramatic finish"/"finest KO" works.
Thanx man, i bought this game recently on ps3 thinking it will play like an snk game, i will watch all the tutorials fam, here is your like 👍👌
this is great except for the audio... I had to throw on the captions and turn off the audio at a certain point lol
Thanks 😊
Is there any chance you could add captions to this?
I can barely hear you, even before taking game audio into account.
If there are better cvs2 guides for beginners, I wouldn't mind being pointed to them also.
Thank you.
Awesome video dude! Do you plane doing a video about matchups and characters specifics?
Mr. Orange i might, but i don't have that much knowledge on specific match ups. I might do a character look on some characters i play. I do plan on watching and reviewing some CVS2 footage
That woud be nice!
It's so complicated 😣
Which emulator is this?
Probably PCSX2
Re record this properly please.
