Let’s not forget about taxes… which are going sky high in PSL, the HOA fees, and other fees that are killers.
What are current CDD, HoA, fees in PGA
St Lucie County has the highest property taxes out of the 67 Florida Counties. I sold my home in PGA Village in 2024 and moved to Melbourne. Lower property taxes and a much better quality of life. And a downtown and bridges to the beach!
HOA is 500 on the lowest end
