I thought I would put up this quick update as this small community is probably going to be built out in about a year. You can get houses 1700-2000 square feet for 399,000 to 490,000. These are all in price with no surprises. No CDD and a 194 dollar HOA. No amenities but you do get an unmanned gate, lawn/garden, and common area maintenance. If this sounds good, email or call me.

I hear you. Some people just don't want to be told what to do with their property and don't care what their neighbors do with their property... Or have to deal with an HOA that is being totally unreasonable. The new legislation helps out but not enough. I have a video coming up on non HOA new construction soon.
