- Well... Some builders in Port St Lucie are better than others. Some are just not very good at some things. How do you know? Talk to the HOA. Talk to the people that already live there. Talk to your Realtor. You can see patterns and find the history of complaints. If you want to know more about Port St Lucie Builders. Give me a call.

A water treatment system is not a bad idea. Up and down the Treasure Coast, water quality could definitely be improved.
Man I'm so glad I don't live in Florida...so many less issues when you live/build in New Mexico.
No doubt the builders have to get it right. The SW has lack of water issue. It is a beautiful part of the country.
What’s your opinion on Astor Creek? Thanks!
@@ddf235 I did a video on Astor Creek... Look, it is fantastic, but expensive. Many of the houses are the same models as PGA Verano but 40 to 60,000 more for the same house. The models exclusive to Astor Creek are even better.
The golf course is great, but needs to mature. The facilities/amenities are top notch, and Kolter is probably the best builder on the Treasure Coast. The location is tucked away but not far from local amenities... I the end, it really comes down to the cost. I would live there in a heartbeat but it is beyond the means of a retired school administrator/real estate agent.
@@StephenKimosRelocations Thanks for sharing your opinion!
No problem. It is a cool place. Video. czcams.com/video/IObZK7Bb9Q8/video.html
If only realtors had the intelligence and work ethic to be a builder.
Metal roofs are needed, raise the house off the ground, draining a swamp and building on fill isn't a good idea, the water supply is undrinkable by humans . The water test is to put the water in a ball jar and leave it covered for two weeks, open the jar and you'll get an idea of what your drinking and bathing in.
Are there any good non greedy builders left?
Nope. There are also few greedy agents. The builders at least need to build and stand behind a good product!
