    Ronaldo probably has them custom made so they’re a bit longer, for the toes, but the tightness of the 7.5’s.

    so here’s the thing- i’ve always bought mine a half size smaller, because i personally feel like with a tighter fit, i can feel “closer” to the ball, which i really do notice the difference, especially when i wear laceless boots nowadays, its really a preference in my opinion... but 2 sizes down is too much

      Do you want to have a relationship with someone who loves you beyond any other love. Someone who sacrificed himself for you and everyone on this Earth the one who created the heavens and the Earth be creator of everything do you want to be saved Do you want eternal life with peace and joy forever your answer is Jesus if you do not know who Jesus is read the following Jesus is the Son of God that came to this Earth to save the people of their sins. when God-created Earth sin same came into Earth and tempted Eve(The first woman) to eat the fruit that God had forbidden her and Adam to not eat. If they do, they will die. Not immediately but death is certain. Eve ate the fruit and gave Adam some to eat as well. And he did. That showed that humans are sinners and not perfect. That is why Jesus came to Earth to save humans of their sins. Which leads to a relationship with God(the main reason) and eternal life. He did that by dieing on the cross. 3 days later he resurrected. The story of Jesus is beautiful. If you do not already have a Bible, purchase one. If you do not have the money, pray to God about you wanting a Bible and if he could please provide one for you. Thus does not mean a Bible will come from the sky and land on your hands. Pray to God everyday. But to not be blabbering that just say a bunch words to try to impress and show off to other people or to impress God. A few words out of the heart is better than saying a bunch words to impress and not mean. This does not mean praying long prayers is bad.

    As a rock climber!! I can totally understand Ronaldo’s thinking. Having a tighter pair of shoes makes the feel and sensitivity of your foot that much better. But we are missing the elephant in the room and that is Ronaldo’s boots are custom made to fit his foot. He might have a smaller heel and maybe the shoe covers a smaller portion of his heel so the whopping size differences might make more plausible sense. And if your making millions playing at the top of your game then, a little squashed in the toes is trivial.

    I’ve played with boots that are a size smaller, at first it’s rather painful however the boots do stretch into the proper shape of your boot, vs your actually size stretching bigger, so over one size smaller is a lot better... sure your feet will hurt the first few times but it gets better. Also maybe not 1,5 size smaller, maybe just 1 size, makes a huge difference especially after breaking them in

  • @Hugh_Jurrection
    @Hugh_Jurrection Před 3 lety +2

    Chances are, Ronaldo's boots are made to fit the exact shape of his feet (every contour) with no extra spacing in them at the end of the toes, which would probably be closer to that of a 7.5. In addition, professional clubs have the boot stretching equipment to maintain the shape after they have been molded around his feet.

    I’ve been doing this since I was old enough to understand my own body in football. What I would do personally is I would warm up for a little while with out shoes on. To allow the muscles in my feet to get some blood flow and movement before squeezing them into my tight fighting boots. As this would avoid fatigue in my feet and allow for better performance from a physiological stand point. Also at times, dependent on the model, I would wear a half a size bigger on my right foot as it is much wider than my left foot. Playing with very tight cleats is really a whole different world. Regarding the touch you need to be more aware of the feeling and it requires some adjusting because there is less cushion with a tighter clear this is what you were experiencing. Also you were basically more engaged and warmed up to control the ball because of the previous session with the size 9. All and all players choice but tighter fitting clear in my opinion has a greater benefit this is how I have my son playing.

    You want to buy boots as tight as comfortably possible, so there is little movement inside and you have good control and touch of the ball. I buy them so my toes are right up against the edge of the toe box, but not squeezing them. I also buy leather boots so the toe box stretches a bit.

    vapor 4 or vapor 4 sl had the most roomy and widest fit of all mercurials period. im pretty sure thats the reason why cr picked a way smaller size specific for that model.

    The old Teijin synthetic would stretch and mold to your feet. I’m not sure if he does this with the newer materials. I don’t know if it’s just me, but I always got my soccer boots .5 to 1.5 size smaller than my regular shoes depending on how much the upper material will stretch. Regular shoes are meant to have space in front of the toes. Soccer boots shouldn’t have any extra space.

  • @lennardjatoedierssen8208

    Ronaldos boots are personalised,what means that they fit his foot perfectly (form,comfort etc.) what also means that he might not feel that pain you feel by wearing boots what are too small.This “pain” also stops you from being as good as you could possibly be (speed,shooting)

    I wore my shoes tight also BUT it depends on the material the shoe is made out of and if it will form to your foot. I have lost a few toenails because certain shoes refused to break in enough lol. Maybe a smaller shoe size and the shoe soaking technique create that form and fit he’s looking for. * I didn’t undersized but 1.5 sizes though, I was about 0.5-1size smaller depending on the shoe.

    You can achieve a snug fit with double socks. What it does is it makes the boot fuller and gets rid of any ridges your foot has so your touch is padded also when you shoot it’s padded and gives the contact area a flatter surface than your foots bones.. the cleats now and days are too thin so your touch isn’t as padded like the cleats from the past generations.. try it out

    Ronaldo has them custom-made, so they're probably a bit wider at the end and a bit longer (compared to other 7.5s) so that they don't hurt his toes as much but still are tighter on the sole of the foot.

  • @colintreinen8643
    @colintreinen8643 Před 3 lety +1

    I never thought about it but I would always tighten my right boot about as tight as I could get because I was better and could kick farther that’s why I used my boots for so long because they naturally became tight so I just stuck with it

    It’s really all about preference. For me personally I have always like tight fitting boots so I’ve gone as small as one size down. But it’s not uncommon. Studying Kinesiology I learn many players go down a couple sizes specially Brazilians. However the affect on your feet could really out weigh the benefit. So if you are going to try this use cation.

When i was still growing i would get new boots every year, because they would get too tight for me. But now i don’t get new ones that often, because it’s really better but not that comfortable.

    My soccer coach in high school made us all buy cleats (at least recommended) that they were a size or up to a size and a half smaller. I think it's always been a "trick" but not very secret and the results are really based on preference.

    I used to wear the Adidas F50s a size smaller as I liked the control I got moving the ball. However, I agree, my toes were always sore and I believe this is the reason for ingrown toenails now.

    Personally i just get them the same size or half a size down depending on the boot. Wearing thick football sock mean they fit tighter anyways so thats the perfect middle ground of comfort and a snug fit
