I'm so jealous.Where did you get a Street Strider in Yellow?? I got mine about 3 weeks ago it's the 3i in blue. Sad that I didn't buy the 7i. Still need to get going on it. Weather hast been all that great. I had it out for the first time and it was really clumsy at first. Took a while to actually get it going. Wasn't very far and it was fun. And oh are you crazy just wearing flip flops riding. .
Is there a way to properly lube this strider since mine has been stored for a time? I find it hard to get it going but watching these first-time riders shows it takes a small learning curve to get going.
That is what I wanna know to though I suspect that the vast majority of owners are not using them 3-5 years later because they got bored with them and/or were tired of paying high fees to maintain and fix it. Like everything with moving parts it will break down and unless you can do it yourself which the majority won't or don't then expect to haul it to a bike shop or other mechanic over and over again. And just how many times can one stand it going around the block over and over again before getting bored? This is not for any long rides for more than an hr.

I LOVE the StreetStrider! Contact Lynn for a demo or to purchase. A fantastic new way to move with low impact!
