I’d suggest toning down the loud music - makes it quite difficult to discern what the speaker is saying. And of course, edit out that last 5 minutes.

When on road, don't forget a helmet and whatever other protection from injury should you fall off or get hit by a car - elbow pads? knee pads?
Really interesting. Too bad as a permanent wheelchair-user, I'm unable to stand up properly to use this. Knocked-knees wouldn't be helpful even if I could stand.
