Mate, good video. One very important point though, at 4:46 you say that when a CU is placed under a General who doesnt have CUs, the general is displaced. You should say "enemy" general. If you put a friendly CUs under your general without CU, your general doesnt get displaced. Small but essential difference.

Thanks. Excellent work, but I think there's a little mistake. During the political isolation phase "Friendly PC" doesn't count for tracing another "Friendly PC" (unless it's also a friendly port or it has a friendly CU).
Rules 19.4:
...A PC marker is isolated if the player cannot trace a path of spaces from the PC marker to a friendly CU or a friendly controlled Walled City, Tribe or port.
Yes I think this is correct, friendly PC doesn't count for isolation check.

A couple of things I am afraid are not correct:
1) baleares in the setup are chartaginian and not roman as shown in the slide of the setup video (not this one I have commented on)
2) during the reinforcement phase if the roman player doesn't have two 5 CU spaces, he/she must place the two consuls in the same 5 CU space (at least one space with 5 CU will always be available by definition) considering one of the two consuls as subordinate to the other.

This is the punic war version of the game twilight struggle.
There are restrictions on putting a reinforcement with 3 ops cards. Raise Troops (3 OP card only). If you played a 3 OP card, you may place 1 CU from the supply with one of your Generals who is in a friendly controlled space in a friendly controlled Province. You may not place this CU into a Walled City that is under Siege.
Ben, so amazing that you put this one out. One quick question, is there any chance you may do Falling Sky one in near future?
I probably will eventually, but it won't be for a while. I've got a number of games to finish first.

While not that complicated, the game is fairly difficult to learn and the rulebooks in the new edition do not help.
The playbook is essentially useless.
Yeah. Worst rulebook I ever read. I learned the game but had to search for every little rule and exception all around for no reason.
