Q: Where is your accent from?
A: I was born and raised to Toronto, Ontario, Canada but moved to Essex in England when I was 14 years old. Hence my mixed up accent.
Q: Do you work? What do you work as?
A: I work in Marketing and PR but I am currently on maternity leave. I am focusing on my vlog while I am on maternity leave and I love it!
Q: Who’s in your family?
A: I have been married to Matt for 7 years, he is the love of my life! We have three sons - Fraser is 6, Caleb is 3 and baby Jackson who was born in September 2016!
Q: What camera do you use to film?
A: I film my videos with the Canon G7X and Olympus Pen EPL7.
Q: What lighting do you use?
A: I use natural lighting 90% of the time and a softbox light during the winter / dark evenings.
Q: Where do you get music from?
A: Epidemic Sound, Soundcloud and the CZcams Library.

My mama had 4 girls and the greatest parenting lesson she has imparted so far is get them outside! She said if we were muddy, we were happy lol! I love these kind of videos :)

Weekday routine please. I lived this. It helps me so much to see someone else's routine. I used to be so good with routines when it was only my son. After my daughter was born a year ago it all went by the wayside. So it helps knowing you have a little baby too.

Completely agree about getting the kids out side. I am a practitioner at an outdoor nursery for 3-5 year olds near Oban. They just absolutely love it, girls and boys alike. Plus they are usually so tired by the end of the day.

My boys are 4 and 6 and have soo much energy! Love your idea of an obstacle course in the garden, I think they will love this and will hopefully tire them out!! 😄 my little one is like your Caleb and always wanting to be carried, he just loves to be close to me. Boys are so sweet.
Love how much you get your boys outside and that you recommend it to moms! I'll definitely remember that tip as my little one grows! He already loves walks in his carrier as he loves to face forward and look around! :)
Your a great mom! I have four kids the smallest is 20 months and oldest is 6. I wish I could be as organized and patient like you.

I agree with the getting out tip! My son is 3 in October and I find whenever we spend a while in the park or a play centre he behaves so much better and sleeps as soon as he hits his pillow! Boys are very full of energy, doesn't put me off wanting more boys though haha! I love little boys xx

You are such an inspiration. I have been home with my eight month old for eleven months now. It's nice but I wish to sometimes get out of the house. We are expecting another baby in a few months so it looks like I will be stuck in the house for the next couple of years
Completely agree outside is the best for boys. I have my 2 year old son and he loves running around the park or the back yard. Its the best way to burn off that energy. And speaking of that we'll be heading to the park in a few ourselves. :-D

I really love all your videos, especially your beauty/style ones and holiday related ones but most of all your routine videos! I am a mum of two boys a very energetic toddler and a very chilled out (for now) baby. I'd really love it if you did a routine video of one of your days when you are on your own for a long time with the kids as my partner is starting a new job soon and I will have lots more time on my own with my boys! I know that may be tricky because you're likely to be super busy on those days but a tips video on it would be great. Thanks for making such a brilliant channel x

So true about getting boys out to run off energy! Mom of two boys myself and the day does go better doing this! My boys now that they are older, if they fall asleep in the car usually act like they've had a nap and wake back up for a bit. Any tips on that!? Love your channel! ❤️

Emily I have been obsessing over your Emma Bridgewater 'Mummy' mug for weeks haha. I finally have one ordered and its going to my Mum in Scotland who will then give it to my Dad to bring back to me in Canada at the end of the month. Hi Emily, I love your youtube videos very much. May be I will be a bit controversial, but I really loved your day/week in a life type of videos, that showed your regular life. It helped to associate with you more. You seem to have started doing very themed, straight to the point, short vlogs, which is not why I started following you. You are a very warm and likable person and I feel like your recent vlogs don't do you justice.
Hi Maria, I did a Day in the Life of vlog just 5 vlogs ago :-) I like to make the vlogs for myself to look back on in the future. I did consider making a 'vlog' channel and a 'main' channel but my viewers voted that I keep it all on one channel as that's what the majority preferred. Thanks for your feedback but I feel that my warm personality comes across in any videos that I do (hopefully!) xx

Emily Norris Thank you for your reply Emily. I really don't know how you find the time. Please don't take it as a criticism at all. I love what you do and all your family! I guess what I am starting to miss is a bit more balance towards "day in a life" (and a bit longer, not necessarily straight to the point types of vlogs). Even chatty vlogs are great! 5 vlogs ago is exactly that, it is a long time (I know I am starting to sound like a whinny toddler Now 😂). I understand that you want to help as many mums as possible, but I feel like the emotional support your "day in a life" types of vlogs provide should not be undervalued.
