Q: Where is your accent from?
A: I was born and raised to Toronto, Ontario, Canada but moved to Essex in England when I was 14 years old. Hence my mixed up accent.
Q: Do you work? What do you work as?
A: I work in Marketing and PR but I am currently on maternity leave. I am focusing on my vlog while I am on maternity leave and I love it!
Q: Who’s in your family?
A: I have been married to Matt for 7 years, he is the love of my life! We have three sons - Fraser is 6, Caleb is 3 and baby Jackson who was born in September 2016!
Q: What camera do you use to film?
A: I film my videos with the Canon G7X and Olympus Pen EPL7.
Q: What lighting do you use?
A: I use natural lighting 90% of the time and a softbox light during the winter / dark evenings.
Q: Where do you get music from?
A: Epidemic Sound, Soundcloud and the CZcams Library.

I watched this after loving your speed cleaning video. I agree, I think a made bed makes all the difference. I currently have a 10 week old and am settling into the routine of being a mum and finding time to tidy and if it's once thing I need to do-it's make the bed. I love that you are "husband" training the boys. Great video!
Here randomly. How amazing to see someone keeping such a clean home while having small children! (I love the pink in the kitchen also.)
I just keep thinking how similar this is to The FlyLady's daily routines..."shine the sink" at night, empty dishwasher in the morning, "a load a day," "swish and swipe" the bathroom, take care of the "hot spots" real quick, and vacuum/sweep/mop just the high traffic areas. Love it.

A trick I use for my cover is to buy the next size up. So for instance I hated my cover not covering the end of the bed too so I would buy king size covers or duvets for my queen size bed and problem solved. Idk the size of your bed but try it if you can go up a size. 😊

The biggest difference I see between Emily's house (and the amount of cleaning than a house in the States ) is the size of the house itself. Its easier to clean and keep a smaller space organized not to say that a bigger house cant be...but it requires more time and energy and planning. Lovely video. Thank you.

I have a similar routine. Finding it hard now though. 33 weeks pregnant with a 13 month old. Used to find the Jumperoo a great way of distracting him while I did the kitchen. Great video.

Those glossy cabinets are a quick to clean with wet and or dry swiffer mop. You don't have to reach or move as much, just use the long handle to your advantage

Great video Emily! I think us mamas need a cape and superhero identity. This may sound sad, but I would love a cordless Dyson, vacuuming the stairs is such a chore, with my upright Dyson. x

Lovely video. Maybe straighten the sheets too while making up the beds & straighten and Tuck the linen in where needed too. Doesn't take much time at all. Sleeping in a well made bed is equivalent to sleeping on cloud 9.

peter edwards : I’m an admirer, too. I have a wonderful more standard vacuum and a 2 bedroom home. Carrying the vacuum up and downstairs is a tad challenging so I’m more likely to delay vacuuming until necessary.

I'm not a morning person I'm so messy I tidy up at night before bed. I literally just eat toast for breakfast and do my makeup then I'm out the door, my dishes are just left in the sink and bed unmade 😂

oh wow loved it!! gave me so much of inspiration on how I shud keep my home clean in the mornings. could you please tell me, I have a similar mop where in you put liquid in the bottle - I want to know if FLASH isn't soapy? Cuz I just use plain water but I was planning to put something in it so that it cleans up the floor . and would love if you can do a video on how you sort out toys for the older boys? Like my 2.5 year old has tons of toys and most of them are almost broken but he wants them all and that just adds on to the JUNK. would be so very helpful if you can give some tips on how you reject toys that are old and broken, and how often do you do that. LOVE your videos!!
The best thing is toy rotation! I put a big bag of toys in the garage and every now and then get out new toys and put others in storage and the boys act like its brand new toys! Thanks so much for watching xx
will try this, though we do not have storage concept here where I live - Jeddah KSA, I do not have any storage places in my apartment- so have literally converted half of my guestroom into a storage section | lol
