That patina is to die for, starting it up would have been a treat
The patina is beautiful! Nice shape for the year and lucked out being mostly original. Amazing! It'll last another 100 years hopefully!
What a piece of lovely old all American engineering , looks so nice. I will have no problem nor any issues riding one like this on daily basis. Wouldn't it be amazing if new ones were to be produced with up to date working parts but made to look old style ! People will buy them for sure. Thank you for the Vid.

You very lucky to have a 1919 ! ....my brother had a 8-11. The middel one, the 12-15 was the big-horse ! This was the 2nd ww model,....that bike was brutally strong !....you could HERE this thing. That was a BIKE !

I couldn't bring myself to ride this ever. It's too original. Maybe a restoration that has 3 different bikes and I would ride it because I'm not ruining anything that was ruined in the first place when found. But this, this is too nice for my mental comfort.

Nice bike! Wish it was mine. Just some things you can adapt to make it more factory original; the coil is a '29 model. Originally it uses a one terminal coil and a delco distributor cap, a brown one.
Yes, coil and ignition is 1929. So is the ammeter.

A man I wish this is never attempted to be restored by some modern mind of today. This sled needs to stay the way it is as made by classic artisans of the time. Please please don’t let someone of today ruin it.

Some might do well by making replica's of these old bikes.
I don't get why nobody seems to make replicas of them. It'd be cheaper than a large bike, probaly would cost about as much as a pressure washer to make, considering that's about how much power they had, yet they could still charge half as much as a bigger bike and still make a huge profit.
